Great product. Sadly the bed I wanted was out of stock but I had messages from Pet Prestige and was able to pick another pet bed.

The bed I ordered arrived damaged, likely done in transit. It was a large, heavy bed and only posted in a thin plastic parcel bag, which in my opinion for a bed over £200 was not adequate! I messaged the company, I was understanding and as a small tear i requested a patch of the material be sent as would be less faff than organising collection for such a large item. I am still waiting for said patch, utterly disappointed and I should have just returned the bed, now left with a damaged item!!

I bought 1 noodle bed and my dog also called Noodle ( coincidence) loves it. My other dog loves it aswell so I had to buy another one. The beds feel very comfortable. They arrived quickly and well packaged.

The felt roof for the cave ceiling was not cut anywhere near to size.

The metal flexi stick was not the correct size either.

It’s a shame as the bed is a lovely quality.

This is a lovely comfy dog bed, I was surprised when I opened it how luxurious it was, my dog never slept in a bed before despite buying a few, at last I have got him off my bed and sleeping in this bed. Well worth the money so glad I purchased, recommend 100%.

I found Pet Prestige whilst looking for a particular dog bed, these guys sold them at the same price as other retailers but gave us £10 off 1st purchase which made them the cheapest.
The delivery was initially very slow but after contacting Nathan (the owner) he checked with the supplier & found it was an issue their end. He assured me it would be delivered in a couple of days and it was.
Customer service from the outset & throughout was very good as they did seem to care.
I would purchase from Pet Prestige again & would recommend.

Fantastic cave bed, been looking for a quality cave bed for a few months, this thing is awesome. Great material, Easy to clean. If you can afford to treat your furkid then this is one treat they will love you forever for. ❤️🦮

Barneys bed was worn out so we went for the same as before , scruffs orthopaedic extra large, he absolutely loves his new bed ,being a 8 year old black lab he is not a small dog, as he has arthritis we have done what we can to help his joints and a better life, he looks so comfortable we know we have done our best for him, so thankyou Nathan and ur team for helping to keep him in comfort he is used to
