Excellent Service, Excellent Product, Loyal Customer for Life
From the moment I called to inquire about their products, Matt from the Petsfella Customer Service department was able to assist me with my inquiry and my order which arrived 24hrs later. He even offered me further assistance should I require it when assembling the cage.
Assembly was easy as well, even without the instruction sheet (which was included), if you have a picture of the Cage, you will be able to put it together seamlessly. Their products are of good quality. Already have 3 Flight Cages, of the same model I bought from Petsfella and now I am looking to buy a 4th once it becomes available in Silver/Grey again.

Great flight cage. Our budgies love it.
We purchased a large Petsfella flight cage for our budgies. It was a great decision. The birds love it. They can fly in and out of the cage through the extra large front door. Only draw back was the instructions left a lot to be desired but it is easy to figure out what goes where.
