So happy with the service Petsy have provided. Their staff are very knowledgable, friendly and I now feel myself and my fur-baby are in good hands!

The team at Petsy have gone above and beyond for us and our fur babies. They are so friendly, helpful and trustworthy. We also love that there are goodies for our dogs and also perks for us! Definitely a service that stands out from the other standard pet insurance companies.

Petsy was easy to sign-up to. I feel reassured that my pooch is now covered.

I found this group from an award they won for cat cover. I then choose petsy because they were easy to understand and they offer what I need for my cat.

The team at Petsy are excellent! I have and will continue to share what they provide with other animal lovers that need that protection for their loved ones.

Easy to deal with from sign up to asking questions. I chose these guys as they were the right plan and value for me and my cat and dog. All experiences with them have been good and easy so far.

Came across this insurance provider via a recommendation from a friend. They were quick answer our questions and we took on the policy. Was able to make a claim after our pet suffer a minor injury after we signed up 8 months later. Process was quick and easy. Great experience.

I have been with Petsy since they launched and have never had a problem getting them on the phone. I have not had to make a claim yet (touch wood!) but they are so helpful and friendly I am sure their claims process will be easy.

Petsy provides pawrents with diverse and competitively priced levels of cover for their little mates.

They are a company who cares about the fine details and really believe in the work they’re doing. From day one, communication has been outstanding and everyone from the Petsy team has made us feel so welcome.

Thankfully we have not yet had to lodge a claim but if/when we do, I feel confident that the Petsy team are the right people to support us.

I purchased the top cover for my cat, Lenny. I wasn't sure at first so I reached out and Petsy really went to extra mile to answer all my questions.

The website to sign up was easy to use and didn't require a whole lot of time to sign up.

They even gave me a discount on some cat friendly plants.

So far, I've been with them for 5 months, and in that five months I have had great communication with Petsy. They offered me as free licki mat just recently to thank me for my loyalty. Lenny loves it and it helps him to eat slower. I feel like they are looking out for Lenny
