From start to finish very professional. The fitter Louis did a great job and you won’t even know that the building had been cut out for the detachable towbar once finish the work.

Great products and service, poor packaging.
This is my second tow bar (shipped to the USA). Great customer service. Packaging both times took some hard hits during transit. With the latest one, I'm surprised the the receiver didn't fall out of the box along the way. There was some damage, but perhaps none that matters. I'm glad PF Jones exists and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Unfortunately after 10 days of fitting the part the truck broke down again with the same fault coming up fuel pressure sensor.Totally baffled as to why these keep failing 3 been fitted to truck now however the other 2 did last much more than 10 days.

DIY towbar fitting on a Ford FiestaThe product was slightly different from…
The product was slightly different from what I expected as it was all in one, very robust, welded assembly. This required some fettling of the body structure during fitting. I took advice from a small local crash repair garage on how to remove the rear light clusters which was a great help and key to getting the job done. The routing of the wiring was not well explained and I think we could have done better there.
