Honestly the best service you could ever wish for over the phone answered questions on tow bar fitment and wiring kit also helped with the vehicles CAN bus wire location and to add the dedicated wired kit quality is superb looks OEM and fits great all parking sensors and lights work perfectly with tow hitch

For a specialist they cannot give a straight answer, it’s clear they want to sell product but not commit to correctness.

No good in my opinion, when you pay a premium price you expect a premium service.

Just fitted a PF Jones towbar and electrics kit to my pick up. From start to completion they were so helpful on the phone during ordering and during fitment. The quality of the towbar and electric kit are first class and apart from user error with the electrics kit (which they sorted straight away) it all went very smoothly.

Injectors look in great condition, haven't fitted them yet so can't comment on them working. Delivery, good service except fed ex couldn't find an address in Epsom Surrey and then miraculously found it the 2nd time they tried! Can't fault PF Jones and in fact I realised I bought my tow bar from them 10 years ago and it's been faultless.

I have tried to order spare parts twice now from this company. On both occasions, it has allowed me to make the purchase, and then I have received an email saying they do not have the parts in stock. Whilst I appreciate that a full refund has been provided quickly on both occasions, I really wish that you would update your website. I notice that this company also sells on eBay, the items I tried to order are apparently in stock to buy from their eBay store, but in some cases are £30-£40 more expensive. I never received any apology or explanation for the issues that I have had. For these reasons I would not recommend this company and will not be attempting to order or use their services again.

Fast delivery very impressive. Shame they don't Market the F02 6 series actual tow bar but sell electrics. If they did would get 5 stars.

I've used PF Jones twice now from my Audi Q7 and they've been fast and responsive for when I've had questions relating injectors. Will be using these guys as my go too. Top company
