Huge let down in service
Terrible service,
stay clear,
I purchased a tow bar bumper protector for £17.99,
to then get a message saying they had to get another £39 to post it to me in the North of Ireland,
I sourced my own carriage with Royal Mail for £9,
PF jones then told they don’t allow this service, total rip off folks stay well away

Good day ! I am sorry you are not happy at our Fedex carriage charges , we cannot allow 3rd party collections due to requiring proof of delivery from our payment providers.

Fantastic customer service , phoed first to try and make order over the phone , but couldn’t do it as the amount was to much so was given codes etc to make purchase online….
Delivery updates all the way and delivered a lot quicker than expected and a great price too , I cannot fault this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I will be using them again in the future and will recommend to all,,,,
