Excellent Service
Booked a Cullinan for my nephews wedding. Right from the first call i received a friendly professional service. On the day the collection and return was a prestige experience. The driver Kayani was highly professional and the bride and groom were praising his service. Definitely recommend Phantom Hire they go above and beyond.

Brilliant service from the 1st phone call to the drop off for our daughter’s prom .
Our driver was Kayani and nothing was too much trouble . Arrived early, hung around for photos etc etc .
5 star service and i will definitely be booking these guys for my sons prom in a couple of years .

The car was in a tatty condition for a RR event car.
The driver was a nice guy but didn't carry out the chauffeur service of opening doors which is what we were told.
There was no 'prom drinks package' other than warm water. Driver offered to stop enroute but as car was late arriving it wasn't feasible.

We are confused by the feedback received as your daughter left a positive 5-star review, which can be seen below under the name of India Whitman, while you left a 3-star review.
Regarding the vehicle not meeting your expectations on the day of the event. The images of the car were shared with you prior to the booking, and we received your confirmation that you were happy with the vehicle.
Our chauffeurs are trained to provide exemplary service, which includes opening and closing the doors for our clients. On this occasion, the chauffeur was asked insistently by your daughter’s boyfriend if he could open the door for her as a chivalrous act, to which the chauffeur agreed. We appreciate your understanding in this unique situation.
Regarding the delay, our head office notified you of the 15-minute delay due to roadworks a collision on the M27, despite our chauffeur leaving the depot 45 minutes earlier than scheduled. Regarding the delay, not only were you informed in advance about the chauffeur being 15 minutes late due to roadworks and an accident on the M27, but also you expected it as discussed with the chauffeur given the ongoing roadworks on the M27. Despite our chauffeur leaving well ahead of schedule, these circumstances were beyond our control.
Concerning the drinks, the chauffeur offered soft drinks, but these were declined, and it was communicated that you were fine with the water provided. No dissatisfaction regarding the drinks was communicated to the chauffeur during the event. We have also noted the positive review from your daughter, although we regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations as expressed by your review.

I hired a Phantom for my daughter’s prom in Manchester. I received a phone call two days before to confirm the itinerary. The driver Ishi was early, smartly dressed, polite and very helpful. We weren’t rushed had loads of opportunity to take photos. Thanks for making it a memorable day for my daughter.

Best in the car hiring Business
I’ve used phantom hire twice now, Honestly You can’t find a fault in the service. Very helpful, Easy to work with. Can remember the drivers name but their drivers are Polite and they provided a very relaxed journey for the bride and groom. Second time I used them the Driver Mr Kayani was amazing, Arrived there on time stayed around until after the wedding and then drop them off. Every time there’s a wedding, I don’t bother looking for cars. I just know where to go straight away no time wasting straight Business.. I would definitely recommend it.
