Waiting for paperwork …
I’m still waiting for paperwork to be sent to my home address and emailed to me so I can withdraw my pension.
Everyone on the phone were helpful, had to phone twice as I was cut off once, not so good as I was phoning from Australia.

Very polite call handler could not answer my question and stated Phoenix would write to me. Nothing so far and no explanation for the very opaque letter I received that prompted my question.

The person that I spoke to at the other end of the phone was most helpful. I did not realise that there was an APP for phoenix! Now I can manage my account online myself. Thank you

The forms we returned 4/5 weeks ago have been lost even though we have had an email acknowledging receipt! We now have to go through the whole process again. Very poor service

3 times over 10 days I asked for a up to date value of my pension pot as I had not received a update for 2 years, on the 3rd call I was told I would receive a email in 7 - 10 days. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
