This is the second time I have used Photobook and it is user friendly and great quality.
My order included a photobook - canvas print and enlarged photo.
All were delivered in the one package and delivered with no damage.

I now have 4 photobooks. I love them all. The quality is great and they are easy to compile.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the album that I purchased from Photobook Australia. The print quality is excellent, the web design tool is easy to use and the customer service is prompt courteous and very helpful. Will definitely be ordering more products from them. Highly recommended!

Really happy with the print quality of my latest Photobook. This is the fourth one I've made, and it looks even better than the previous three (which were also very good).

End product delivered safely and beautiful quality book of our family international travel experience. Fun to try out the many different templates , a little time consuming but worth it in the end product. Be patient with the duplicates you have to delete when using the magic photobook maker .

Like many others, I had used Momento for years and loved the software. I was shocked to find they no longer existed but they recommended Photobook Shop. First off, I found PBS software nowhere near as intuitive and sophisticated as Momento's; you can do the same things, but it takes three times as long! The quality of the finished book was comparable however. Secondly, I was also surprised to find the album was packed in one layer of corrugated card, and left outside in the rain - luckily I happened to see it before the album itself got wet. Bearing these things in mind, I will continue to use PBS, as the end product is quite similar to Momento, and hopefully over time there will be a far greater choice of templates, frames and backgrounds.

I really enjoyed putting together my Photobook and playing with the page format. Colour and masking options. When the book arrived today, the quality was even better than I expected! Now I have a lasting momento of a great holiday that I can enjoy without using my phone and sifting through 100's of photos.

The website is easy to use and final product great, but more importantly, I had excellent help and advice when I rang customer service

I have had 22 books printed by Photobooks Australia over the last 30 years and every one of them has been WONDERFUL

I struggled to put the photo book together but the end result was fantastic. I had to go to the FAQ occasionally as somethings you had to learn by trial and error. I found it was easier to use their autofill options but that meant my photos weren’t in date order. It was hard to restart from scratch

I purchased a photobook for my best friend’s birthday, and I was truly impressed. The printing quality was exceptional, with sharp, vibrant images and well-organized picture placement. The premium paper added a professional touch. It made for the perfect, heartfelt gift, and my friend absolutely loved it. Highly recommend Photobook Australia!

The product is excellent. However, like a Turkish rug shop, they have constant 'sales' - I receive daily emails. The sales are annoying and confusing as you might purchase a voucher but not be able to use it because it does not apply if, for example, you selected lay flat pages. It would be easier for customers if they just reduced their prices and had the occasional sale - with a percentage discount. The actual costs are only shown later in the ordering process. For example, they offer paper quality upgrades for a certain price. It is not until you get to the checkout that there is an additional cost (not mentioned when you select the upgrade) for each page! It is not clear on the bill what the extra costs are for. I corresponded through many emails as I was trying to find a coherent explanation for the extra costs. Without a voucher, my photobook would have cost me over $330 (large). With the cost of the voucher and the cost at checkout, it was just over $200. As I began the project, I had no idea it would cost so much. Please show the cost of additional pages and upgrades on the website and stop confusing customers with sales that are difficult to understand and utilise.

I am very impressed with the help given by staff when there is a problem with ordering.
Photobook staff in Melbourne are always pleasant and try to rectify problems.
I have tried the chat option several times. It can be very frustrating and not at all helpful. You are best to wait until a customer support member can help you.

Great program. Easy to use. Purchased in advance but extra pages were more expensive than anticipated. Used many times over the years. Quick turnaround and good quality products.

I have bought a voucher and have some questions to ask before i give them more money to order my photobook, however no one answers either of their phone numbers and the email i sent has been returned as address isnt correct. Are you sure they are a legit company ?

The book was printed OK and to my specifications.
However, the company advertises Super Rush delivery with extra cost for expedited processing. In my case, they did not even dispatch the item until it was too late. DHL then did a good job delivering it from KUALA LUMPUR - MALAYSIA where it's all printed.
the company refused to reimburse us for the failed service (Super Rush fee).

This company rewards its customers with some extra gifts, like mugs or photo books, for leaving good comments. However, you will need to provide proof of your good comment to receive the gift. Don't be fooled by those 5-star comments. Go through those bad comments before you place an order.
