Great quality framed prints and photobooks. You can really tell the quality of the frames used by the weight of it. The matboard designs really added a touch of elegance as well! Delivery was quick as well!

Purchased voucher 03/23. Didn't know that voucher expired on June/23. Lost all my work. RIP OFF

I was happy with the finished photobook product. However, I had to pay way way more than I would reasonably have anticipated. This additional payment shock was associated with extra pages and a very misleading prepaid voucher arrangement. After being stung by the unexpexted extra cost I searched for confirmation of the vist of additional pages for a photo book and nowhere on the website or prior to purchase could I find or was I advised about the price per extra page. So in essence photobook can pretty much make this figure up at their discretion. After my experience I would also warn all comers against the prepaid vouchers, I feel this is a total scam!! I bought a voucher for a 100 page book and was only credited with a 40 page photobook when I came to checkout my cart. I was charged for the additional 60 pages, plus the extra pages that I had added. I was prepared to pay for extra pages, however, I was NOT expecting $2 per page!! The explanation I finally received, after several emails and a phone call, did not add up and so I'm left feeling ripped off!! I would advise at the very least, customers should take a screenshot of sale items before finalising payment because this is the only time you can see the itemised list and you may need to refer back to this. Ripped off a Christmas time after putting hours and hours of love and work into a photobook for a loved one. Poor show photobook!!

Customer service ZERO and is Just a merry-go-round of no Phone contacts only Chats with AI and whats app which dishes out the wrong answers. My book took 5 hrs to compile and I get a message saying the order is cancelled due to international regulations ! Seriously!!
Dont print with this company!! Its pretty muchan AI paradise of customer desertion, thank god they dont have my money and i am not chasing my order !!!

Bought a canvas for my friend. The quality is amazing. Will definitely buy again!

On 18/5/23 I ordered a photobook after our recent African trip. I found the online editing easy to use and intuitive. I made a lot of full page or even cross page prints which looked great. I took a while editing and experimenting to get the right layout/background. The more I played with the editor the more I realised how flexible it was.

The book arrived today and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the printing and binding cannot be faulted.

One thing that is lacking a bit is a good tracking system. Of course after a few days I started to wonder where the order was at. It is during this time that I came on here and read a bunch of one-star review and got a bit worried. Found out the company is based in Malaysia and that was a bit of a surprise.

But now I am flipping through the photobook. To think this was all done and delivered from somewhere in Malaysia, two weeks is actually pretty quick. Overall it was a great purchase and the product was impeccable. I will definitely be using Photobook Australia again in the future.

I used a mirrorless Nikon Z5 for the trip. Not top of the range but a proper camera. I reckon a lot of what people complain about in terms of low resolutions has nothing to do with the printing company but people trying to enlarge mobile phone photos into magazine pages.

I took a star off 5-stars because I think the website does give a somewhat misleading impression that they have a Melbourne based warehouse producing photo books. Some people may want something done locally but it probably wouldn't worry most Aussies where the book is produced. As long as they get what they want, in a timely enough fashion for them. I am producing a photobook after a trip. My situation is different to someone who is waiting for a bunch of wedding cards or Chistmas presents that has to go out and I can only imagine the anguish if the company could not deliver on time.

But at the end of the day, my experience is overwhelmingly positive. A small improvement in tracking the product would go a long way by Photobook Australia.

I have ordered twice from Photobook Australia and love the quality of the albums! The software is easy to use and there are lots of templates. Customer service team is very helpful with software and tips to edit design.
