Edit have emailed twice and no response this company a scam

It’s nearly three weeks since I ordered my photo book. It is coming from Malaysia. The first tracking I received said it was no such number. After contacting customer service and getting a new tracking it tells me Delivery has been arranged through a third party service and no delivery details are expected!! I’m so annoyed.

I have just received my first "Photobook" and am soooo impressed. I was originally compiling on a competitor's site but found it way to convoluted with instructions all over the place. Enter Photobook. First of all it provides you with a layout of your photos. They all do, you might say which is probably correct. What did I like about Photobook: Everything is accessible in the Editor on the same page (ie. captions, background, frames, fonts, colours, clipart, ideas, and so much more); once you have established a project, you can hop in and out without loosing your edits. I blew up quite a few photos to full page size and was a bit concerned how that would turn out. But ... my finished product is amazing. The quality of the printing is outstanding. I was "proud as punch" when I unpacked it and kept showing it to everybody in my office to equal enthusiasm. It took me a few month to finalise but I still got a discount at the end (as in, it does not matter when you start your project, you can apply a current promotional discount). I cannot wait to start on my next one ... I am thoroughly recommending Photobook. And I should mention ... it was my first photobook ever.

Terrible company with terrible service and support. No incentive for late order and terrible communication.

I am so disappointed with my experience of Photobook Australia. I compiled and ordered 4 personalised calendars as Christmas presents. Only 1 has been received. Despite multiple emails to customer support no one has been able to tell me where my other 3 calendars are and no one follows up, despite promises to do so. I have asked if my missing order can simply be re-sent and this request has been met with silence. This is a lot of time and money to send to spend on gifts that haven't arrived. Worse, it has been highly embarrassing having relatives who have not received their Christmas presents. Photobook Australia could put this right by following up as they said they would, understanding how distressing it is to have to chase a purchase you have made and re-issuing the order.

Love my Photobooks. Great value, quick turn around time for printing and delivery. Excellentt quality product and is a cheap alternative to large photographs and they don't deteriorate. Whenever I've had a problem or needed help I have found the staff to be friendly helpful and easy to deal with. During lockdown it was lovely to look back on family albums and travel books.

I ordered a bottle as a father's day gift but received a defective bottle. I emailed photobook and they shipped out a new one for me right away. Impressed with their follow up/after sales service.

The beauty of this was the simplicity of setting up the pages, with a huge variety of layouts, backgrounds, and extras that can be added to enhance the appearance of the photobook. Make a mistake (and I made a few) - no problems, just undo it and try again. The preview button is excellent too. I loved the whole experience because it was so easy.

I recently had a book processed through photobook and as usual very happy with my book. I have been using Photobook for many years and would have more than 50 books so far processed through them. So obviously I am a very satisfied customer.

Photobook software is so easy to use and the finished books are amazing

We just had our first baby, so to capture the treasured professional photos we had taken, we made up an album for her to keep and also one to give to her proud Nanny & Granddad!

The quality of the album is better than expected, the software to load & choose your photos is easy to use and there are heaps of choices from layouts, background colours, cover materials and even embossed words on the front!

We can't wait to show our baby girl her book when she is old enough, and her grandparents absolutely adore the book which tells a story. It was the perfect gift to give them to show off their grand daughter's photos to their friends!

I would definitely recommend Photobook to family and friends if they wanted something similar.
