Excellent service from this company. I needed to cover a new phone, and drop cover of an old one. All done very quickly, talking to nice people. Great email communication as well, and then to top it off, it costs less than it did last year. Loyalty and multi phone discount! Thank you Susan and Team

Happy with the service
Susan had been very helpful and I have never had an issue with this company other than the number of different people who respond which can sometimes cause confusion after I was asked for lots of information that had already been provided but Susan has sorted this thank you!

Called up to add a handset and remove old one. Girl, Kate I spoke to was great. Understood what I was after email sent I replied with info and it was changed and a confirmation email sent to me. Kate was very knowledgeable and applied a discount as I have been a customer for a few years. She is an asset to your company. Quick and efficient, exactly why I have stayed a customer. :)
