Awful quality
Order arrived after a month or longer. Fault top with a hole missing for the laces and the existing holes are two small for the lace to even loop through. Meaning the item is completely in wearable. Have been unable to contact anyone to request a refund. Very disappointed

Extremely long delivery
2 months passed after the order: no delivery, no info on the status, no tracking number, just nothing.
Update:
Customer service really contacted me the same day and tried to resolve my problem. I was ready to wait longer in case of any transparency on the delivery timings. However, the shop wasn't able to provide me such information and processed the refund. Money came back to my bank account fast, it took 3 days.
I increased the rate from 1 to 2 stars due to this communication, but cannot evaluate pinchbox higher and recommend it. I didn't get my order after all and the company paid attention to the delivery issue only after my negative review.

Ordered 1 month ago, the order hasn’t been shipped yet. After many emails in wich they kept delaying giving me a tracking they simply not answered anymore. The order never arrived nor i got a refund.

Ich kann nur absolut von einer Bestellung abraten.
Anfang Mai habe ich mir ein Set bestellt und bezahlt, nachdem ich wochenlang nichts gehört habe, habe ich eine Mail geschrieben dass ich vom Vertrag zurücktrete und mein Geld zurück möchte. Viele Tage später habe ich statt einer Antwort die Versandbenachrichtigung erhalten mit einer Entschuldigung und der Info, dass der Versand 12 Tage dauern kann.
15 Tage später habe ich wieder keine Ware erhalten und dann über Paypal die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises beantragt was auch funktioniert hat.
Statt nach 12 Tagen die bestellte Ware zu haben habe ich also insgesamt fast 7 Wochen versucht mein Geld zurückzubekommen.

5 weeks and counting and still nothing
5 weeks and counting and still no delivery. I’ve emailed numerous times to ask for a refund as it has been ‘shipped’ for far too long, and was told I’d receive a 10% discount on this order which never appeared, and now that I can return the item when it arrives… if that ever happens. Original confirmation said the shipping was in 5-10days so this is already far beyond that. Will never use again
