Been trying to reach them through email support, on instagram, via phone and nothing! First couple of days from making the order the status was the order has not yet been shipped and as soon as the payment went through now when trying to track the order it shows on their website that no order has been made! I reached out to them asking what was going on with my dresses and nothing .. The phone number is not even working.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have waited weeks for my order, and still don't have a status on it. When I went to check in on it, saw they CHANGED my items versus what I purchased, and I still have no idea when I will get it. You cannot get in touch with anyone, and that's the only way to initiate returns as well.

Don’t be fooled by English website
Website in English with prices advertised in GBP but items shipped from China. Prices not that much better than on alternative companies in the UK, goods poor quality and huge wait times for delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Purchased my product but then received email saying delivery in 5 to 10 days !! So shipped direct from China BUT you can buy these for 5£ from China and will arrive in 5 to 10 days so cheaper and same shipping but this product comes via evri so I probably won't ever get it I'm disgusted 24.95 for something that is 5£ and 3.21 on temu this is SO overpriced and they give a bogof 🤣🤣🤣and so they should the item is poor at best

BOGOF not what it seems!!!
Was tempted by the offer of 'BOGOF' earbuds promotion'. Received an email from Evri advising they had delivered with a picture of parcel on my doorstep. Arrived home 9 hours later and obviously no parcel! I have logged this with Evri but they direct me back to the seller. Contacted Pinchbox & received a swift reply from Sarrah offering to re-send (thank you), however they will now only send 1 pair of earbuds as the ‘BOGOF’ promotion can only be used once. Replied, explaining I didn't receive the original parcel therefore haven't used the promotion yet. They will not budge. I have to accept 1 set of earbuds or a refund. Obviously not going to accept 1 pair when I paid for 2 pairs. This is just so frustrating! Come on Pinchbox, where is the customer service here. You need to use some common sense.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I placed my order for wireless headphones in January where I was advised they would take upto 12 days for delivery. From the moment they were sent out for delivery I was updated regularly, unfortunately as soon as Evri received my parcel the updates stopped and Evri lost the package. I contacted Sarrah at Pinchbox and she couldn’t have been more apologetic & assured me she would resend my order straight away. Less than 10 days later I received my headphones ☺️ and I must say I am overjoyed with how they look and the sound quality is excellent, especially considering this deal was for 2 sets of headphones for less than £25. I will 100% recommend Pinchbox to my friends and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Warning concerning refund
Edit: They told me that I don't need to send the items back because they wanted to compensate the inconveniences this issue caused to me.
EDIT: I recieved a refund today, after 30 days. They also send me a screenshot that shows that it was a technical accident and they actually initiated the refund directly after my request confirmation, which I think might be actually true. I didn't get a return label yet, but will send the items back as soon as I get one.

Warning, there is no money-back. The money-back-guarantee is fake and the quality of the product is at least as cheap as you can expect for that price. I have requested a refund 28 days ago, no cent back yet. They first offered to give 50% back without me sending the articles back, which I friendly declined because their quality is too cheap for my use case. The only thing they reply since then is "we are coordinating with our return warehouse and will send you the return label soon". 28 days isn't "soon".

I recently ordered from this seller by form of a guest on their site, I was not asked my email and the transaction went through on my mobile number, my name and address were taken and I was shown an invoice but I did not get to retain the invoice and subsequently have no order number, I-went back on the site and registered hoping to be able to find my order number but have not been able to, I-sent two messages on their contact us but as yet have had no correspondence from them, it is slightly concerning.
