Very Quick and easy to use, very fast service when using the website chat function, get a response almost immediately. I had great help from Nicole who answered all my questions and went above and beyond to provide me with extra relevant info related to my query which she believed was worth me knowing!

Carefull everyone I bought the dedicated server from pingplayers spending mroe then 22 usd. I must say i am deeply dissatisfied, they say they have actuall ppl that answer you, well they know almost nothign about servers and especially mods ( i had to set the mods by myself 0 help by them, they dont knwo anything). will never again buy from them. there is better option out there, just google pz dedicated servers.

Definitely best service I've used for dedicated servers but the customer service in unmatched in any field idk if your allowed to ask for a certain person to help you when you need it but if you can ask for francis he is going places frfr
Just a overall great experience my issues were self inflicted but he made it right immediately super stress free super quick.!
