Emman gave me the conversation I needed to understand their server hosting process, what the options meant, etc. I'm very new to this, and struggle with self-teaching so having a bit of a conversational walkthrough is vital for me. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and would even search their documentation to find answers if he wasn't 100% sure right-off.
