The on-line time management course costs £150. The course looks like it was created in 1990 and never updated.
Despite of what the sales person will tell you, the content is hardly interactive.

Also, the entire experience after completing the course makes you feel coned and financially ripped off.

In other words there is no value for money, whatsoever!

If I was to advice anyone..., paying for LinkedIn Learning will be hundred times wiser decision than choosing the Time Management Course from the Pitman Training.

Just completed my Microsoft Office Diploma with Pitman. I found them to be really friendly and helpful both when I was working in their training centre and on the phone when I was working from home. Easy to follow training that has given me confidence in the job market. Thank you Pitman.

Great company, known them for years, very prof with friendly staff. Training that get's you a job. Would highly recommend.

A great course and super helpful from the support in the centre.

Just completed a Microsoft Office diploma with Pitman Training. Being able to study at home using their online training platform was a bonus at the moment, whilst still receiving great support from the staff. Really enjoyed the courses which I am already getting the benefit from at work. Thank you Pitman!

Terrible Company.
I called to book my AAT Exam but I got a hint that they weren't interested and didn't care. They say they will book my exam but do nothing.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever!

It was the pitman in Stratford. So I decided to use another training provider.

I ve take the comptia a+ network and security courses and I paid 2400 pounds and in this price it's not included any exam tax. Pay attention the platform where you have to study online with the teacher and also the questions are easy and not a big deals, they mention nearly all the subjects for exam, but are very basic and it's not gonna help you to pass any of the comptia exam, you can find cheapest book, similar exam questions on line at really best price and can help you really to pass the exam. I pass the exams studying on other platform. I'm not recommended for the IT pay Pitman training!!!

My daughter paid for a Microsoft Office course. She did the exams online and had to save three documents. She went through their system. Saved the first document.
Then saved the second document (she could see the first document she had saved in the same folder).
Then saved the third and final document. The other two documents previously saved were visible in that folder.
The final step was to upload the documents.
When she accessed the folder all three documents had gone. They were nowhere to be found.
This appears to be an unreliable solution and something has happened on their systems to lose these files as they were definately saved.
My daughter, who is austistic and suffers from anxiety now has to go through it all again.
Files that are saved don't just disappear or unsave and remove themselves.
We were told by Pitman to do it using google chrome, this should be made clear however looking at the access to their file system through the browser this shouldn't make any difference especially when we could see the files had saved.

UPDATE: Pitman contacted me for more information and were very quick to respond. My daughter did the work again.

Enrolling to Pitman Training Reading was my worst decision. I could have paid a lot less at my local training centre. I paid £2,030 for a course. The course is distance learning. Before I made the payment I was welcomed and provided with support by Andre. However after I made my payment it stopped. I was not able to start my course right away so I phoned Andre to ask for my start date to be pushed forward to May. When I started in May I was experiencing technical issues as Pitman's system was not compatible with Mac. I was given contact details to their IT department. I contacted them but had no respond. In June I was told that I should wait until end of July for their new online learning platform switch. When I contacted Pitman in July I was told that I will not be able to continue the subject I was waiting to complete because it has expired. Pay attention to the word 'expired'. They use this a lot at Pitman to try and have you pay more money to extend your course. I refused to pay and decided to move on to the second subject of the course. I called on several occasions for support on the subject matter however I was told to visit the centre. I live an hour away from the centre so this was not an option. I was told that I can study distance learning at my own pace when I was enrolling to which made my decision easier to enrol. I was also told that I have 3 months to complete each subject to which I had 4 to complete. As Pitman had technical issues with their old website and I had to wait for the switch to happen in July thus my start date is July. I contacted Andre last week to continue my studies on the phone and he said okay just to wait until the centre reopens after the pandemic. But received an email from Andre the following morning saying that my course has expired. Even when I told them that I was affected by the current situation they told me that I will have to pay £504 to continue. Also even though I had 2 subjects left that I paid for, for £1100 I was told that I will not be allowed to continue the course unless I pay the same amount. Anyone planing on study with Pitman be very aware of their tactics as they only care about charging more money than providing you with the training that you have paid for. There is a lot more to this story that have not included. All I can say to anyone planing on studying with Pitman Reading is to avoid avoid avoid as they are very unreasonable and difficult to deal with. It's never their fault even when it is. All they care about is selling an extension to you. I have planned to take legal action against Pitman Reading.

Took ages for them respond to my enquiry about booking an AAT exam, everyone I have spoken to on from there in person, on the phone or via email have all acted very unprofessionally and like they didn't care at all. When I got to the exam they complained that my mask didn't cover my whole face (during COVID pandemic) even though it did and I only pulled it down to take a sip of water. I get that people are worried but the way these people spoke to me is out of order. I will not be using them again

No issues with Newcastle upon Tyne branch. I did my ECDL here and they were helpful. Was looking to do another course but price was over £3K which to be honest, I thought was excessive for what they actually do, so I decided against it.

Horrible experience with Pitman Training centre Bromley , Sam the manager is a liar and true con-artist . He will sell you a course and then you will be logged out from your login , they will ask you for extra money and you will have to pay for extension or else you will loose all your money .
Do not trust this centre nor this company at all . They are just here to make money for them the value of education or students career doesn't matter .
Once you are trapped then you will be trapped their is no way out . DO NOT FALL in the trap .

Book exams mos 2013 turned up told they don’t do it just 2010 and they will give me half of my money back great thanks. Because they did not put in the e-mail dose not even deny to Susan staley in Chelmsford Pitmans Training
