Ive had my pitpat for 6 years

Ive had my pitpat for 6 years, and it started playing up.I contacted pitpat and they asked me to try a couple of things. Unfortunately they didnt wotk, so pitpat gave me a 50% voucher to purchase a new one. Cant fault their customer service, cant recommend them enough.Pawsome company.

I'm glad to hear our helpful hounds were there when needed. The device will link into the LTEM and NB-IoT masts in your area in order to locate your dog and stay in contact with HQ.

The battery on my own device normally lasts around 5-6 days. The device will tend to use slightly more battery when it is moving between different providers.

Thank you for your review.

I'm sorry to hear that you had issues so early on with us. I can see you spoke with our Support Hounds who have since managed to get you back up and PitPat-ing again.

We would recommend setting both dog profiles to Urgent by clicking on the dog photo at the top of the page. Please also use Start A Walk around 5 minutes before leaving the house and then, when you do need to use Find My Dog, you should find it much quicker.

Disappointing

Tried tracker for around a week, did not make contact once in that time.
Tracker did not have a signal even when close to a phone mast.
Customer service very good so far, just waiting for refund to clear.

There's been days when its not…

There's been days when its not registered the dogs walk. And when you tap on location its takes age's to connect then it tells you the dog is so many meters away yet its at the side of you. In fact its never worked right. I got the GPS one hoping it be good. Nope

I'm sorry you are having an issue with the live-tracking and the speed at which it is picking up your dog's location accurately.

Looking at the logs, it does look like there are some periods of lost contact where the device is not in touch with HQ as the coverage is pretty low.

Battery life can vary slightly for each tracker, as poorer signal areas will cause your PitPat to use a lot more power as it attempts to maintain a good connection to PitPat HQ.

I have reached out to you via email, to provide you a solution or an explanation for what might be the cause of your experience.

Of course, if things aren't working out, we will be able to bring your PitPat back and arrange for a full refund.

Very good customer experience. Next day delivery. User friendly setting up and user instructions.
Excellent service from the Pit Pat Helping Hound but in the end the tracker had to be returned as the poor signal in our location meant it couldn’t operate effectively.

Love PitPat ! It’s super easy to set up using the app and gives peace of mind if the dog escapes . It also tracks exercise/dog walks and food/ weight. Really pleased with our purchase.

Brilliant Customer Service

Our Pitpat started to fail to connect and I suspected a battery issue. Called them and got through to Laura who proceeded to diagnose and deal with the issue really effectively. Will have a new replacement precisely 48 hours from making that call. Very impressed (and grateful).

I have had our PitPat for quite a while now and am very happy with the insights it has given me about my dogs activity .
We recently lost the device on a walk and not only did PitPat offer me a new one half price but the help I received from the “helping hounds” was incredible! I needed to link my device to my Biscuit account and they helped me set it all up quickly and efficiently with easy to understand instructions! Thank you PitPat !
