I have had our PitPat for quite a while now and am very happy with the insights it has given me about my dogs activity .
We recently lost the device on a walk and not only did PitPat offer me a new one half price but the help I received from the “helping hounds” was incredible! I needed to link my device to my Biscuit account and they helped me set it all up quickly and efficiently with easy to understand instructions! Thank you PitPat !

So far very happy with PitPat. Have been able to get good signal on all walks, and track Woodie. Have tracked him at distance when he is on a walk and I’m at work. App is good and easy to use. Woodie hardly knows he is warring it. Seems good value compared with other trackers! So far very happy

I'm sorry that your live-tracking is slower to connect then you were expecting.
You can click on your dog's photo and scroll down to Adjust Settings to Urgent. We would also recommend to select Start A Walk before heading out on any adventures so that, when you do need to use Find My Dog, you should find it much quicker.

I have the basic Pitpat on my dog and I love it I can track how much she done in the day and you get points daily your dog hits there goal which u can get things with in the life bit on the app getting hold of someone from Pitpat is really easy and they are so friendly I wouldn’t be without it

Broken Tracker
Our Tracker had stopped working so contacted Customer Support. They answered immediately and despite checking some items were unable to resolve the issue. I had resigned myself to purchasing a replacement as it was out of warranty, but despite that PitPat offered me a 50% discount on a replacement. More than fair in the circumstances and much appreciated!

This is amazing at first I did struggle to understand how to use the app ,it’s pretty easy once you just have a go , tracks your dog easily and gives you peace of mind , I’d strongly recommend.

I assume you are using your GPS Tracker in the area it was ordered. There is currently a network issue nearby, I will send you an email rather than go into too much detail here.

Unfortunately you are correct. The device does rely on a good, clear view of the satellite and this is unable to be established inside.

It’s fine
I’ve used this for 3 months now so finally getting my thoughts down. The tracker itself seems to be fine. The GPS accuracy isn’t great, so if you were trying to find a lost dog that was quiet or tangled in vegetation I don’t know that the tracker would get you too them. It would help narrow down the area at least, so there is a benefit. Also the app is AWFUL. It’s so slow and buggy. Whenever I try to track my dog (the purpose of this) I have to accept a bunch of notifications first- if I was genuinely panicked I’d lost him, it would make me so frustrated. It also takes a good 5 minutes for the app to decide to start a walk, and longer if I actually start walking. I think the device is fine, the app needs serious upgrades.

Do you open the app daily to check your dog's activity and the tracker battery? I can only think the multiple notifications is from your dog hitting their activity goal and this will appear for each day the goal has been hit.
You can click on your dog's photo and adjust the PitPat settings to Urgent. We would also recommend selecting Start A Walk about 5 minutes before heading out so that, when you do need to use Find My Dog, it should be much quicker.

Issue with out GPS tracker quickly sorted.
We had an issue with out GPS tracker, one email and the response was fantastic. The customer service was outstanding, they clearly understand that it's important to be up and running with the tracker so our dog is protected. I highly recommend this company and the product, the GPS works well. Very happy customers.

Nice lightweight design, simple to set up
This device was delivered very quickly and is easy to set up and attaches well to regular collar. However, we wanted it for reassurance when taking our dog into the woods, having lost her once, and the signal does not work there. I am sure it would work well if you had a dog who runs off in open fields (ours doesn't) but Pit Pat have agreed to refund us so I would recommend giving this product a try depending on what you want it for.

Thank you for your lovely review, even though you've found PitPat doesn't have the coverage required in your area.
It does rely on good LTEM and NB-IoT coverage in order to work correctly and update your dog's location.
