Battery doesnt last long enough
Battery doesnt last long enough! my dog goes to daycare and by the time i pick him up the pitpat has died so doesnt work on his walk....really disappointed with it.

PitPat has always been very reliable and, on one or two occasions, helped trace our dog after going off adventuring in the woods, etc.
After the unit malfunctioned, I found the support from PitPat to be excellent. Always very quick and constructive responses, and always went one step further in helping the customer than I ever expected.

A top quality tracker with top rate customer support
Pit Pat offer a wonderful well designed tracker which is compact and small. The no subscription service is a real bonus and the health and tracking features are great. You really need a good signal in your local area to make the most of the advertised battery life but customer service and support is second to none.
