Jeff was great throughout the whole process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as always very available when I needed extra help. Overall the Placement offerings were great and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a different position.

I don't know where I'd be without Placement. Actually, let me rephrase that: Without Placement and the Placement team (Shout out to Jeff, Katie, and Ben), I would still be struggling to find a great job in a challenging job market. The team was crucial through my career's most excruciatingly difficult experience, and they kept me positive and focused on the end-goal with compassion, patience, and thoughtfulness. They were both professionally and emotionally supportive, and I cannot recommend working with them enough. They were instrumental in helping me to land an amazing role at an exciting company, and I couldn't recommend working with them enough. Better yet, I know I've made some lifelong friends through the deal, which is just icing on the cake.

I've had my fair share of job search experiences and this is BY FAR the best one yet. I hadn't realized how much more I could improve my interview skills, CV, Linkedin etc. but Placement went above and beyond my expectations. I learned the best practices and strategies that were so helpful throughout the entire process, which ultimately helped land me my next role.

I wanted to be very intentional with where I was going to be next and we were able to find me exactly what I was hoping for. I know this may not be the case for everyone, but we were able to land an offer < 60 days - go team!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Placement. I have to admit I was skeptical upon discovering Placement and their business model, but was routinely struck with how much each employee lives up the company's mission. They really do have their clients' best interests in mind and will go above and beyond in their efforts to place their clients. The tools and resources I gained from working with my Talent Agent not only helped me land a dream job in a city of my choice, but are a masterclass in tricks of the application / interviewing trade. Trying to get into a high-level data position, especially during COVID, has been an extremely tough challenge, but I'm glad to say I was able to get a great job in data that will lead to much better opportunities. James was great, helping me out with a better resume and how to write a great cover letter. If I ever want to change into a different sector, Placement is where I'll go for help!

I cannot say enough good things about Placement. I was laid off toward the start of the pandemic, and knew I needed to shift gears and switch into tech--but after years in the nonprofit and education space, I had no idea how to do it. I spent two months applying and didn't get so much as a phone screen.
Enter Placement.
I was set up with Ariella, who happened to be an agent with really similar experience (but a few years ahead of me) in switching industries. We overhauled my resume, I got consistent coaching, I was networked with tons of people. Fast forward just a couple months and I just got two (!) job offers in a single week, and am signing with an amazing company.
I am literally making just shy of DOUBLE my highest salary. I couldn't have done any of it without Placement. Again, I cannot say enough good things. You truly have a team behind you every step of the way, and MAN what a difference it makes.

The team was supportive throughout the process and proactive in sending referrals. Although I ended up canceling my contract for reasons outside of Placement's performance, I enjoyed working with my Talent Agent and everyone else who acted like one.

Placement.com was truly a waste of time. I was reached out to by email and scheduled a meeting. My "Talent Agent" was late to my meeting, which shows little to no value that Placement.com has in my time. I was then proceeded to be told I could not be assisted because I could not immediately locate to either New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Austin. So if you live in one of these cities, you're in luck and maybe Placement.com can help you. If you don't, too bad for you because clearly your talent nor your time does not matter to Placement.com.

Looking for a new job is hard, add a recession, a pandemic, and a career pivot and one might say I had lost my mind. I saw an ad on Instagram for Placement and honestly thought it was too good to be true. I had already spent so much money on resume writing services and career coaches without any return on investment. I was honestly quite skeptical about Placement but they do not charge anything upfront so I knew it wouldn't hurt to try. I also liked that Placement has a screening process and they will not take you on unless they think they can truly assist in your search. When Placement reached out to me I was elated. Placement made the search so easy by providing support, setting clear goals for my search and finding avenues, and opening doors I would not have had access to without their network. My Placement Talent Agent Jeff was amazing! Jeff kept me on task like a drill Sargeant, was my biggest cheerleader and he was a shoulder to cry on when I needed it. I truly felt as though Placement was invested in my success and due to their income share payment model, they literally are! Placement does not make a dime unless you happily land a job and there is no pressure to take an opportunity that you don't want. When I finally got a dream offer Placement even coached me through salary negotiations. I would highly recommend Placement to anyone I care about.

I had a an incredible experience with Placement, and my talent agent, Jeff. Going into this experience, I was anticipating that the value would be in the hard assets: curated job leads, resume building, etc. But, in actuality, the greatest benefit to me was in the coaching and support from my TA. Jeff (and the Placement Team) helped to create structure in the chaotic and confusing space that is the job market. He provided the reassurance, confidence, and discipline that were needed to successfully land "the one". If you're considering Placement, I couldn't recommend them enough.

When I began working with Placement, my job hunt strategy was broad, unstructured, and ineffective. I knew I wanted to make a pivot, but the details were fuzzy, and the global pandemic backdrop made this journey particularly daunting.

It wasn’t until I started with Placement that things started to come together. Placement has an amazing team of folks, all with diverse and impressive resumes/careers, who offer support through strategy sessions, mock interviews, lead generation, coaching, skill-sharing, network intros, etc. -- all super customized to you and your goals.

My spectacular Talent Agent, Jeff, surpassed all my expectations as a coach, advisor, guide, butt-kicker, friend, and sometimes therapist (hah). I recently signed with one of my top choice tech companies and I couldn’t be more stoked. I had to do a lot of hard work, for sure, but I attribute a lot of the success to Placement’s (and Jeff’s) guidance. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Placement empowers you to interview with the best tech companies. Their service is not only a work search assistance but ultimately a program that teaches a skill of successful job application.

There are three basic aspects of a job search: searching, applying (resume, cover letter, and application), and, of course, interviewing for roles. I signed a contract with Placement for the second and third reasons, in that order. My coach not only gave me the necessary tools, but they held me accountable to utilize them. This what what I needed: a 'friend' who could motivate me, improve my resume, and prep me for interviews. The only con is that there is no graduation in their percentage asked for (i.e. entry levels and senior roles are both charged the same amount).

Wow! I’m absolutely blown away by the care Placement took in finding me my dream job and preparing me every step of the way to secure it!!!
