I don't have enough words to explain how wonderful my experience has been with Placement. The team is knowledgable and helpful through the job finding/interviewing process. I have learned so many valuable skills (networking, interviewing, etc.) that I will be able to use moving forward. Everyone I worked with was extremely supportive. I do not think I could have landed the job I did and got more money on my offer without Placement. If you are struggling to find a new job, consider Placement!

I would and I do recommend Placement to anyone seeking employment. It's hard on the job search and helps to have a partner each step of the way (especially when those partners know about recruiting and hiring first hand). They helped from revising my resume to negotiating offers and the slumps in between that inevitably happen. I not only have a great new job, but also a large increase in salary and tools for my future career search. I feel like I'm finally on the right track and getting paid fairly for my work! Katie and her team were incredibly helpful, both on a practical level (finding leads I never would have found, making introductions first so that I could get internal referrals, etc) and also on an emotional level (I had tried on my own for 5 months w/ nothing to show for it, working w/ Placement gave me a lot more confidence). Thank you SO MUCH, I don't really know how to express the relief that I feel now that I finally got a job in my dream career. I was at the point where I would need to sell my house and live off the equity just to get by during the career transition, but instead landed a job that pays well enough we could keep it as a rental AND buy another house to live in. Placement was essential in helping me find my first real job after getting my MBA. After graduating from business school, I had been under or unemployed for close to seven years. By that time I had partially given up hope of ever using my degree. Working with Placement helped me develop a new marketing plan and helped me reformulate my job seeking strategy.
