Highly Recommend Plan My Tour
Highly Recommend Plan My Tour. From start to finish, everything went without a hitch. 2 Aeroplanes, 2Trains, 3 Hotels, & 3 Tours. Only one thing I would suggest is that the seat numbers on train tickets are explained as a footnote in English. We managed to work out everything else but sat on the wrong seats both times 🫣
And got moved on route to Budapest 😳
Everything else was superb.

Exceptional Customer Service from Carl – Highly Recommend!
I booked a holiday through Plan My Tour and initially spoke with Ash and Richy regarding my booking. Unfortunately, during the process, I also dealt with some members of staff who were unpleasant, unhelpful and left me feeling quite upset.
However, everything changed when I spoke to Carl. He was absolutely amazing! He took the time to listen to my concerns, reassured me and genuinely went above and beyond to help me.
I am incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to speak with Carl. My only regret is that I didn’t deal with him from the very beginning of my booking.
Carl has been exceptional throughout, and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness, patience and outstanding customer service.
I cannot recommend Carl highly enough! If you’re booking a holiday through Plan My Tour, I would strongly recommend asking to speak with Carl. He is a real credit to the company!
