Hardy was great! 10/10
I spoke to Hardy on chat to start with. I was very dubious and asked him a million questions and he took the time to answer every single question and reassure me for over an hour before i proceeded and allowed me time to check out his companies details as i have never used them before. They are ATOL protected and a member of the TTA. Hardy got the price down for us and gave us free transfers. He was very patient and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and talked me through everything step by step. I would definately use them again. Thank you Hardy!

I've just booked a holiday with Hardy…
I've just booked a holiday with Hardy who was very helpful and patient with me. This review is before the holiday and purely on the qualities of this member of staff.
I had looked at a couple of holidays, one showed that the price was correct as of 1710 hrs today, By 1805 hrs it had increased 4 fold. So the advertised prices need to be taken with a pinch of salt. Hardy worked hard to find a holiday for my wife and I at a reasonable price, I was given a total price for flights accommodation baggage and transfers and assured that the only additional costs were local taxes to be paid at the hotel. That was until an additional reservation fee of £29 each was added. Be aware.
I recommend Hardy for his cheerful manner, his patience and consideration. He realised that I was elderly and asked if I had any mobility issues, enquiring if I would like some assistance at the airport, which I gladly accepted.

Hardy was absolutely brilliant in helping me find my perfect holiday! He showed me a variety of different hotels and packages and was incredibly patient, continuing to search until we found the perfect one for me.
He managed to find me an amazing all-inclusive package at a great price, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
I’d definitely recommend Hardy to anyone looking for a holiday, and I’ll definitely be using him again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not a great holiday
They were great before going on holiday but then on arrival in Rome at our hotel we found a big door but no instructions on how to great in as there was no reception. We tried calling Plan my Tour and the hotel number given to us without success. A person after 45 minutes came down and let us in the big front door and gave us the correct hotel number. They sent a code to get keys from a master key safe for no 304. The hotel consisted of 4 rooms only all through 1 door. No one welcomed us so let ourselves in to a dark apartment with no daylight into it! There was coffee sachets but no kettle!
Breakfast was handed to us at the door on a tray - toast, yogurt and orange juice but no plates or spoons! We had to eat it on our bed!
We had free excursion to Colesseum but the voucher was not usuable!
Rest of holiday went ok when we moved on to Florence and Milan but would definitely not recommend this company.
