The service was great but the hotel Mix Smart in Mallorca I would never recommend them again. We had no change of towels. She changed bed sheets once. The breakfast was a disgrace. Had to kept pressing bell to get into just to register. Never gave up information about hotel no matter how small it was. The shuttle going back to Palma never turned up. A few people also to complained about the cleaning and food
