I had a query with my CPAP machine
I had a query with my CPAP machine, and couldn't get Easyjet (phoned 4 times) to understand that I needed special permission.
So I phoned PlanMyTour and within half an hour Elton had sorted it for me.
This Company are always very helpful and I shall certainly use them again.

We are due our holiday on 15th…
We are due our holiday on 15th September but due to staying were we are going previously know it'll be great holiday. The company plan my tour is a new company to use found by chance so was nervous in booking with these. They have been great, great payment options. We have been little nervous and had couple questions and querys which have always had minds put to rest and answered and resolved quickly, especially mark this morning 31/08/26. We will definitely recommend using these and we will be booking again in the future. Highly recommend mark resolving any questions and queries again

Do not trust this company at all
Do not trust this company at all. They will put you in the run down hotel with foreign people. No offence the food was absolutely horrible. Do not trust this company. They offer you the world just to get your business. I will be taking this further

It’s awful experience
It’s awful experience.
I booked my multi city tour from
London £1750 for Budapest, Vienna and Prague
They ruin my holidays with cheap hotel booking
When I booked the holiday they said it will be 4* city hotel in every city.
Budapest the book hotel it’s not even qualified london 2* star hotel.
Vienna was ok I did upgrade because room was small and they have suites
But they took my peace when
I arrives in Prague’s. It’s doesn’t qualify london IBS or holiday inn like 3* hotels.
I don’t recommend plan My tour.
Quality is very cheap and commitment to the customer service I will not recommend.
Stay away from this tour company

I feel very let down with plan my tour…
I feel very let down with plan my tour .I was chatting about going to morroco .they found Me a holiday looked amazing I told them I would take but it would have to wait till the next morning to pay it they said that eas good and the next morning I phoned them to say money was invite account to pay it and the sold my holiday I was a bit peved to say so they told me they had found a holiday in tunisa 5 star we took it me and my carer as i'm disabled. It wost the worst night mare first night the room across from us there was a man trying to throw is hirlfriend of his 4th floor balcony 2nd day me andvthe carer were in the smoking room when a man tried to stab us with a screwdriver and when the manger and staff come over we told them to phone the police but they tried everthing not to but they new they didn't have a choice then on the same night both of us were shocked up we went to go to our room and it was kicking of out side our door I tried to get to my room on my mobility scooter one man let of the fire exteture and it went off in my face my eyes were burning and it brought on.my copd attack and to top it all the told me when I arrived to use the bigger lift as the other one was to small to fit me on my motibility scooter yhe door closed on me and the scooter as I was half way in it bruised all my arm and leg as the door just kept banging off me so after complaining they contact the holiday rep on the phone on loudspeaker he told me to write everything down on paper and to get the manger to sign it and date as it was the only way I could claim my holiday back for me and the carer .but after mthsof fighting and told I would get it all back they turbedvtoundcandvsaidvwe were not getting anything back and this companyvwere also in charge of our transfer to the hotel on arrival and traveling back to airport to get back home well when we arrived at the airport they had phone the bus to come back as the left us there .and when we were come back to the airport the bus didn't even come for us so we had to spen money on a taxi to get back to the airport yo get home .so tolley feeling let down with this company on getting home they kept ignoring my phone calls and they let us totally down .shame on plan my tour
