Platinum Shoe Care Reviews

Great quality, fits perfectly. Shipping took longer than expected but overall I am satisfied with the product. Will most likely shop again in future

I bought a pair of customised black adidas Gazelles from Platinum Shoe Care after I saw them advertised on Instagram. I asked for an additional extra and for the company to add a gold detail to the tongue of the shoe, which they did at no extra cost. The customised gazelles were unique and beautiful and made for an unforgettable gift for the friend I bought them for. In my experience it was a good quality service.

Great service and great shoes. Platinum Shoe Care responded to my email and phone call. They got the shoe delivered to me ahead of schedule because I needed them for an event I was attending. Considering I’m in Hawaii and how long it takes things to be shipped and delivered here, I was extremely impressed. I appreciated them handling my order and I will order from them again.

Used platinum shoe care many times . I can Honestly say they were 1st class . The Trainers and service I have received have always been Brilliant 🤩👍🏻10/10

I would like to say in the beginning that I think you are the best on the market on handmade products looking between quality and price!!!
In the other hand I just love the idea of unique designs and the work behind of every pair of shoes ! In top of that the quality of customer service is amazing I’m not saying this as a politely person I’m impressed compared to other brands customers service that I deal with honestly I don’t win anything after this review it’s my honest opinion as a customer and I just love everything from A to Z !!!

I really love my reggae trainers, expensive but well worth it.

Bought a pair of the stone roses adidas, absolute class

Excellent customer service. Support small business. Value for workmanship. And lastly I look dead sexy in these trainers. :)

Travail de qualité. À l’écoute pour ma paire custom avec un suivi sur mesure. Je recommande.

Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport au temps de livraison et la qualité de finissions du produit

Very happy with my purchase, came as advertised and is great quality

I have wanted these trainers for two years and they didn’t disappoint one bit - fabulous product . Amazing customer services (only had to ring to see if they could deliver any earlier than the expected date - which they did :) ) . A truly personalised experience- would definitely recommend.
