You first approve then disapprove?
You first approve a loan but only for me then when I add my partner who owns the property, and has almost paid the mortgage off, you refuse the loan.

Be careful you lost more than you should
Be careful, they take your money within minutes but if they overcharge you, takes them 2+ weeks to return your money. And that's after you chasing them non-stop. The issue is on their "payment system". Apparently it takes them 2+ weeks to figure out the issue on an active complaint. Maybe it takes months or never if you don't know you lost money.
