I am really happy with Plumbco, I feel I was looked after very well by Arran, his team of engineers and admin staff. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends and others. Thank you Plumbco. i am nice and cool in my air conditioned home just like a Cheshire cat.

Good workmanship and communication
I used Plumbco Heating both in my own house and my letting property for new boiler replacement. The boss, engineers and members of staff all are very friendly and easy to work with. To be honest I would have to say, they were not the cheapest compare to my other quotations but guarantee 100% satisfaction on their workmanship and communications. Highly recommanded.

Excellent timely air conditioning installation
The whole process was seamless and timely. One week after my quote work started on installing my air conditioning unit. Engineer (James) was efficient, friendly and tidy. He even replaced dado rail that had to be cut away for installation. Two day's work in total and I am delighted with end product as the cool air also comes downstairs from bedroom where the unit is installed. Highly recommend.

Faultless Customer Service
From initial quote to post install follow up I cannot fault Plumbco's customer service and workmanship. On the day, Paul the engineer was efficient, tidy and very knowledgable. Our new Worcester boiler is so much more efficient than the old one and the Hive thermostat is really easy to use. Once we got over the initial bugs in the app it's a great system and allows me to control the heating when I am out of the house.

First-class work
When Plumbco replaced our old boiler, they first visited to check which model would be best suited to our needs. They then worked on the installation swiftly and efficiently. They were polite and solicitous. Emailed questions were reliably answered. All debris was removed. No dirty footprints were left inside our home. They really could not be faulted. Would recommend them to anyone who has a dying boiler.
