I had a great experience with plumbco…
I had a great experience with plumbco straight from the start. I visited the plumbco website because I needed a new boiler. I booked an appointment online. I had a phone call the next day to confirm my appointment. Arran came and quoted me the boiler I wanted and it was installed within days. The installation was done by Jamie who was very professional and done an amazing job. I would highly recommend Plumbco. They have great service and very friendly experienced staff.

The coffee I was given in the office was 10 out of 10 and for the price of £1.99 it was a bargain and I was told that if I’m ever interested in looking into Air Conditioning I could have a complementary Bacon Bap Happy Days 😋

Air conditioning installation
We had Plumbco in to fit air conditioning in four of our rooms and we are extremely pleased with the result. We had fantastic customer service from start to finish, thank you. Communication, punctuality and response times were all great and everyone from office staff to those on site were professional, friendly and polite. Also, the trades were the tidiest workers we have ever had in our house! They worked very hard yet took the time at each stage to consult us on e.g. on exact placement of units to ensure we were happy. Thanks again to the whole team for a really great job.

We recently had a boiler installed, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. The team that carried out the installation were professional, friendly, and courteous throughout. They took great care of our home and clearly explained what they were doing and why at every stage of the process.
The installation was completed in just one day, which was very impressive. Once the work was finished, they removed all the rubbish and left the house spotless.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt well informed. Based on our experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional boiler installation service.

Excellent
Reliable, efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The fitters/engineers were unobtrusive to a fault (It was a heatwave, they had hours of work in our attic and we had to keep checking they were OK 😅) - friendly, polite, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Literally couldn't fault them.

The boiler installation was completed to a very high standard. The engineer arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process, and clearly explained any issues that arose along the way.
