Thank you to Richard for coming out on an Emergency after me waking him rudely at 6 am on a Sunday. It was a bigger job than we both anticipated but he cracked on to complete it in the time he estimated. No more leaks.

Richard from PlumbGas365 is a friendly and open personality with good communication. From first contact in booking the job, he was open and listened to the job and when I was available for him to attend, useful if you work full time. He was reliable and completed the outside water connection and boiler service in one hour. Very pleased with his skill and service and will use him again.

Richard and Josh are a dream team. They did the job of installing a boiler and 5 radiators within 3 days and were cheerful and polite throughout. Richard explains everything in detail, including anything he may need to problem solve, and is clear and transparent about pricing. They both deserve the high praise they get for just coming in and getting on with the job despite travelling a long distance. We are grateful, happy and would have no problem using them again.

The fact that PlumbGas365 replied to my add for assistance with a leaking connector was a huge positive in itself, so many thanks!
The work was planned and agreed to be carried out on the Friday and they were accurate with their times and arrived and completed the fix with no issues.
The plumber who arrived was cheerful and pleasant to deal with and on checking today, the leak has definitely been rectified, so again many thanks for your great work.
My only slight issue and it is slight, is the price charged. Don't get me wrong, it was clear and transparent but does feel slightly on the higher cost for hourly rate and as the work just went over the 1.5hrs I was charged for 2hrs labour. Again, this does not detract from the work done and the work carried has done exactly what was needed...so maybe the old saying of you pay for what you get, is true.

Excellent service from start to finish!!

Plumbgas365 answered my job quickly and came to give a quote quickly, all the while providing clear communication throughout. The job was booked in and completed to a high standard by the team. Again, clear communication about what they were doing and why, as well as what I need to do after the job was completed.

There was no radio on, continuous breaks etc., just an excellent and efficient service. I would definitely recommend plumbgas365!

As far as service goes, PlumbGas365 get's full marks in all areas. From first contact, Richard took time to understand our requirements and was very open and clear about the works. His estimate was fair and he followed through with everything discussed. On the job, there were a couple of issues (outside of anyone's control), all of which he communicated promptly and clearly with us, and we were able to find suitable solutions. The works were completed within the agreed timeframe, and both Richard and his assistant Josh were conscientious of keeping the work space clean, and covering all bases. All in all, our experience was very positive and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use PlumbGas365 services again. Thanks guys!

I had 5 radiators replaced. Did a fantastic job and was completed within 2 days of speaking to plumbgas356. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Great job.
