I placed an order on the 19th April (it's now the 28th). I've had absolutely no updates and am now on my second email. Happy to take payment for items they don't have. Now hoping the refund will be a little quicker than this ridiculous delay. I note that the mail I recieved after buying the item says if you don't chase within 30 days you forfeit any redress. It seems very poor service that they are expecting customers to have to chase items that are never dispatched at all! Just wish I'd checked the reviews before buying.

Watch out if ordering from Ireland! I placed an order hoping I'd receive it before my holidays. Thought a week was more than enough time. No mention/warning re customs charge(€16 on top of a €50 order) . By the time i got back from hols the parcel was being returned to sender and I am being charged (whenever they get the parcel). Their response to flagging this issue was basically that i should read their T&C's😕. No wonder they have so many 1 stars.

Placed an order and after few days with no update I emailed for an update twice, no response. Eventually got an email saying that order had been shipped (no tracking number provided) now I don't know where my order is and they can't be reached on the telephone. Very disappointed as I had intended to have these items brought over to me abroad via relative who has since left. Their pricing is competitive but I don't think I'll shop with them again owing to the poor customer service.

July 21st 2025, updating this post as I’ve just read the response from poinsettia style. My review was absolutely genuine. There was no attempt made by the poinsettia team regarding my order. My order eventually arrived close to 21/2 weeks after my order.l was placed. Very unsatisfactory service all round. I haven’t shopped there since.

Trustpilot you should provide the option to directly respond to vendors response.

I placed order and after few days with no update I went to Google to check reviews.i was bit sad I didn't read them before placing the order and didn't know what to expect. But after 7days from ordering I had email about order on the way, ( will be nice if tracking number will be provided but it wasn't) and today parcel arrived. All correct, sizes I ordered. So I am happy there was no complications.

Charged a further 25.00 on delivery for tax! Would never use these charlatans again

They took my money without any ability to supply my goods & the items are still offered on the website. When ordering from the website the goods were offered for a competitive price, with free postage in the UK. So they took my order & money £120. Confirmed the order. Then nothing. I chased them by email after 5 days & had a poor response just sending an out of date link telling me how long dispatch & postage was due to high demand. After 7 working days I asked if they were able to supply my goods. I simply had a notice of refund from my payment banking system.

Utterly terrible. I have been emailing support for days as they have said to. It is 13 days after I got my one and only thanks for your order email and 22 days after they took £81 from my bank account. No items have turned up and no response whatsoever to any of my emails sent to query the lack of my items turning up let alone telling me what they are doing about it or a full refund as requested. Ignore any replies here from them to say people are leaving fake reviews. This is very real. Avoid this company. They will be being reported for fraud next. If you know you cannot fulfil an order and send it out within 7 days, just do not take people's money. It is literally theft at this point.

Ordered two items. The price was competitive.
Eventually received only one of the items as the other was out of stock. I’m wondering whether the delay was because of this.
However, I was automatically refunded for the out of stock item and the other item arrived albeit after nearly two weeks. Did not get a personal response from my email but still happy with purchase so 4 stars.

Incorrect items sent; no response from customer service. It can’t be that hard. Poor. Don’t order from here. Wish I’d checked Trust Pilot first.

Absolutely awful think twice before purchasing any bras from this company. Awful customer service. They have not got a clue how to speak to customers spent over £150 order with them.
They sent me a white bra which had marks clearly sent them photos, they told me to send it back at my own cost said they would refund the postage never did. Took them ages to refund the order but no postage was refunded. Please be mindful when sending items back as they don't send a label & they say we will refund the postage & they don't have a complaint procedure. I have emailed several times to which they have ignored. Better of shopping elsewhere for your underwear not worth the time waste.

Ordered from this firm, and eight days later had no correspondence and they had my money eight days, I sent two emails and both came back with curt replies.
DON’T use them ,their attitude is appalling.
Asked for a refund which I got and no mention of what I ordered ,they obviously hadn’t got the item but took my money.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order on the 18th of November. 12 days (9 business days - they request that you wait 7 days before contacting them) later on the 30th, I emailed customer service because I hadn't received a dispatch notification. I received a standard dispatch notification email the next day (no personal response from customer service), however there is no tracking information attached. On the 7th of December I emailed again requesting clarification on the lack of tracking information and received a response from a Poinsettia representative stating that my order was on its way to me. 11 days after the initial order dispatch email, on the 12th of December, I finally receive a tracking number which states that Royal Mail had just received the item that day from the sender, meaning that the dispatch notification I received on the 1st of December was essentially just to shut me up and that my order wasn't actually posted until almost two weeks later. It arrived at last on the 18th of December. So if you would like to wait a full month for a bra and be treated like an idiot by a business who refuse to own up to mistakes/delays, then go ahead and order from Poinsettia Style. Otherwise, avoid.

Still not received the correct product despite numeoys emails. The lady who owns this fails to answer. Poor customer service. Even had the cheek to ask me to review my product! Been waiting done 20.11.23

Ordered several items on Black Friday and received order confirmation. The following Tuesday received a short email saying cash had been refunded, without any explanation or apology. After several emails seeking more info it turns out the online system sells items they have sold out of; no dynamic stock knowledge. Now I’ve missed the other Black Friday deals! Grrrr!

I read reviews on Trustpilot after purchasing 2 bras online as they were the make, style and size I was looking for at very competitive prices. I got a bit worried but then realized I had received an acknowledgement of my purchase and it advised not contacting them before 7 days had passed.
My bras arrived, they're as described and I'm delighted. The only pitfall was the notice to say that they were on their way arrived just after the bras.
Don't despair, this company is genuine. 🙂

I ordered on 18th September and didn't hear anything for a while. I emailed and got a fairly quick reply saying they were waiting for stock from the manufacturers. My order arrived yesterday (7th October). I only received communication upon chasing myself but we got there in the end.

Really poor customer service, I ordered over £170 worth on the 20th august. Still not received all my items (was not told at the time items were out of stock). They don’t answer the phone. They say they email you back within 1 working day which they don’t. I have emailed them twice since the middle of last week and they still haven’t answered my questions but have issued a refund on one item which I’m guessing is out of stock as they haven’t actually stated why. When they did email me back on previous emails I sent them I found them to be very blunt and unhelpful. I will never order from them again, fact!

I wish I could give no stars and also read these reviews before I placed my order. Placed an order also most 2 weeks ago and nothing since on the progress of my order, still not received my order. I've emailed customer services twice and had no response. I cannot believe companies like this are still operating. I'm seriously worried I have lost my money

I can not track my order. I can not reach them by phone. I ordered bathing suits three weeks ago I can't even sign in with my email to check my account. I fear they stole my money and it seems as their customer service department could not care less. Do not order anything from this company. At this time, I just want my money back. I needed the bathing suits for August and I was promised they would be here by August 1st. I wish I never trusted this company.
