I originally took out my policy 4 years ago when I was heavily pregnant to cover my girls should anything happen to myself. Today I got a phone call off Mitchell Perkins. He ran through all my policy details and checked everything was as it should be. In additional he explained about critical illness cover which I previously had not added and was not aware of. Mitchell was really helpful with explaining the additional protection this could provide for myself and family should we ever be critical ill. I left the phone call with a new policy and further peace of mind for myself. Thank you again Mitchell. Your customer service was amazing! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Lewis sorting out my life insurance with polly. He made it very easy and was able to make me feel comfortable to discuss some of the sensitive medical history questions. He wasn’t the typical ‘sales’ guy trying to get you to sign up as quickly as possible, he listened and talked to me about what’s best for me, my current situation and my age. He made sure I understood every step and left me with peace of mind knowing I now have the right level of cover. He was very helpful and friendly and the customer service was top tier. My advisor, Lewis Routley, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had sent an enquiry and received a call back within 24hrs. He explained who he was and what policies would benefit me specifically. All of his questions to assess eligibility were clear and well paced. Throughout the call, he made me feel at ease with light hearted and friendly conversation, and was so easy to talk to, which is vital when discussing personal topics. He clearly explained all my options but gave me space to decide what I wanted to choose. I would highly recommend Lewis for his excellent customer service skills, and this company for your life insurance.
