Today I opened a life insurance policy after seeing an advert on Instagram and reminded me how important it was as a new mum. I dealt with Julian who was so helpful, friendly and light hearted. He was so informative and helped me choose the right policy for me and my budget. I had a brilliant experience and I'm so happy I made the choice with Polly.

I spoke with Mike McCarthy today regarding my life insurance policy. He really went above and beyond, he was so clear when explaining the terms and conditions, and was an absolute delight to speak to.

Originally wanted to just query due to all the adverts ive seen. I have previously pondered but never bothered. Lewis Routley assisted me with this was very understanding, friendly and professional. Made it seem far less daunting than i imagined and was very easy and fairly quick. Very easy to talk to and transparent regarding information needed. He also was very considerate of my experience and situation talking through options with me to ensure which option best suited myself and was affordable. If not for his call and his manner i may still not have bothered as in all honesty i usually hang up after 5 minutes. But i do now feel a bit of relief and at ease knowing there is something in place if needed.

Umesh Parmar phoned me in regards to a life insurance quote i had requested and went through all the information and policies, i found it a very long process but everything was explained and Umesh asked regarding my budget and helped worked around what was best for me and my situation, he was very helpful and friendly and we had a bit of a laugh on the call even though its a serious subject, safe to say i am now covered with life insurance and i like the fact the premium stays the same price and wont rise so you know exactly what i am paying.
Plus there are little bonuses when you take out the policy like protecting the children and the 24/7 doctors app

The gentleman I spoke to named Adam was extremely helpful with all my needs, explained everything well and was very friendly, highly recommended to anyone looking for life insurance.
