I had such a great experience with Polly Life Insurance. Kalem Henry was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He explained everything really clearly and made the whole process so easy to understand without making it feel overwhelming or complicated especially having two young boys and giving me time to attend to there needs one 6 months old and a autistic 3 year old.
What stood out most was how down-to-earth, friendly and genuine he was. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything, and he took the time to make sure I understood everything and was happy with my choices.
It honestly felt more like having a normal conversation with someone who genuinely wanted to help rather than a typical insurance call. I came away feeling really reassured and confident with everything that had been put in place.
Couldn’t recommend Kalem enough — an absolute credit to Polly. Thank you so much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tommy Miles - Excellent Customer Service …
Spoke with Tommy Miles who was very easy to communicate with, had a friendly but professional demeanour and also wanting the best policy to suit myself not just wanting the biggest payment.
