Really nice little compass
Really nice little compass, wear it around my neck to be used in emergency should the need ever arise. The first one posted out never arrived so I emailed the company and they were brilliant in sending me a replacement out straight away which arrived promptly.

Ordered some glow in the dark zipper pulls from polymath products...they were delivered in just a couple of days (postage only £2.00)...the product itself is excellent & of high quality, and with minimal light charging, with my torch, glow bright all night long... Great stuff.

Good evening
I've recently received an order ( 62500 ) from yourself.
In the past I've purchased and used your products a reasonable amount and found you courteous and professional to deal with without issue.
So please accept this feedback as constructive if critical feedback.
I have inspected and tested / charged ( with light ) both the compass and the glow patches. Whilst they do charge if directly charged with a bright torch ( as in held up directly too the material ) I can't say I'm overly impressed with the quality of them in terms of holding and radiating luminescence if normally charged.
I appreciate at the price point I shouldn't expect too much but I can't see at this point either product being as useful as I hoped.
I had very positive hopes for the products before receiving them (hence the attachment from BushcraftUK forum ) but I can't say I will be able to advocate in advance again.
Anyway - hopefully this is taken as positive , if critical feedback , its not often I put pen to paper and am not a moaner. I just wonder if you've examined and tried these products yourself? I ask as I see they are pre-packaged and may have been shipped directly from a third party.

I'm sorry again that you had to wait a few weeks for an email reply from us, Tarquin.
With our glow products, we've always tried to manufacture them using the strongest photoluminescent materials that we can get hold of, while also keeping the product price very reasonable. The Glo Patch and our GITD compasses both use a flat, opaque photoluminescent surface, so naturally don't perform as strongly as our Glo Zip zipper pulls, for example.
While we don't test every individual product we send out, we certainly do test samples of every batch, for components we buy in, and sub-assemblies/finished products we manufacture in-house.
Really appreciate your feedback though; all feedback is good feedback, and critical feedback as particularly useful for us, and helps us improve in what we do! Many thanks for your orders and review.

Ordered a waterproof notebook to keep passwords safe great pad with a pen left it out in the rain unintentionally it was absolutely fine the next day also thought I would get a wet fire starter kit for camping not used yet but seems like decent kit highly recommend polymath prompt delivery
