Scammer: 0-service, Same copy-paste emails, still no refund.
I honestly regret ever ordering from Popsy. It’s been nothing but stress. I’ve been asking for my refund for WEEKS and every time I contact them, I get the same exact message (that if they reply):
“We are currently processing your request, you’ll get an update in 3 business days…”
That’s it. No real update. Just the same line, over and over. And half the time, they don’t even bother replying unless I email them again and again. No phone number, no live chat, nothing.
It’s like they’re hoping I’ll just give up.
I had to report this to UAE Consumer Rights because this is not okay. No refund, no service, just fake words. Don’t waste your time or money on this platform.
ALL THE WORKERS THERE ARE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF ….. SCAMMERS
