Potty Plant Reviews

Potty plant has made having a dog in an apartment so easy and stress free! The service is exceptional and it’s so convenient having quality grass delivered on time each week. Our puppy loves it too!

Love the real grass! It feels so much cleaner than plastic grass. There’s no need to clean it each week, just change the grass. No nasty smells either!

Durable plastic base with fresh grass every time.

Really helpful service. Consistant deliveries, and if there is ever an issue they have always been super helpful about it and clear on all communications

Really great product and good customer service team. Highly recommend for anyone living in an apartment with a balcony. It took a bit of time and training for my dog to get used to it but then he used it consistently without any coaxing.

We started using Potty Plant as we’d moved house and our senior dog had new stairs to negotiate down to the backyard. Consequently we were having lots of accidents inside and out on our back deck. Once he learnt how to use Potty Plant we’ve had no more accidents. We have Potty Plant out on our deck and it is great. It didn’t take too long for our dog to learn to use it and it works really well. The service is reliable, with consistent notifications of delivery. Julia provides great customer service. I highly recommend Potty Plant.

Such a great solution for your dog to go to the toilet for small living spaces! Eco friendly too :) Highly recommend!

Grass is always fresh and customer service is fantastic! They have always been so helpful when contacting their customer service to adjust our order! Highly recommend this product!

Good product for pets indoors or in apartment living. For dogs but got for my indoor cats and they loved sleeping and playing on the grass.

Potty plant is an absolute game changer.
Never again do I have to worry if my dog has found a little area in my unit. Its smell and mess free and it makes life so much easier.

I have been buying potty grass for over 1 year. It is tge best product on the market. The price is affordable and easy to maintain changing and cleaning.

All the staff are so helpful with any issues or concerns I had. Don't change nothing Potty Grass keep doing what you are doing 👌

This product has been a lifesaver! My 7 year old mini schnauzer has always been hard to potty train. The Potty Plant has been a game changer and the service is fantastic.

The tray looks very stylish on our balcony, and our dogs never miss. In fact, from the moment we installed the tray and grass, they took to it as naturally as they do in the park. Impressive.

Great product compared to their competitors. Consistent quality and delivery.

Great for indoor dogs! The subscription option with delivery to your door for the grass makes it so easy! It's completely autopilot, which we love!

We have a small dog and have a fortnightly subscription which has been working for over a year. However, I would recommend changing over more frequently as grass does start to die out and can smell with continued use by the end of the fortnight (if you keep the grass indoors, otherwise balcony would be fine). We are upgrading our subscription to weekly now!

I was recommended potty plant by so many different people including friends who had puppies, my vet, my trainer and breeder. I have not been disappointed once - the customer service is amazing, the quality of product is unsurpassed, and for me it was the easiest, healthiest and best solution to efficiently potty train my puppy Toby with no accidents in apartment living. 5 stars

Love The Potty Plant we have been subscribed since finding our fur baby and have never been happier with their service. Our pup has loved using the potty plant from the get go and changing the plants are really easy. Highly recommend.

I have recently moved to an apartment and have a med/large dog. the potty plant is great for my girl. Its easy to use and clean and subscription automatically comes each week. Highly recommend

Quality: Great quality grass, and very fresh.
Service: Great service, any issues are resolved promptly. The delivery service has been great.
Training: Very easy to train my puppy. At first my puppy thought it was his play area. The wire cover was used for just a week and then he learnt it was the toilet area.
Effort: It is easy to change the grass.

My puppy has his own room in our apartment so we keep one grass in his restroom and one grass outside. There are no bad smells.

He is always happy and excited each time we receive a grass delivery.

Must have for a fussy pup who doesn’t like to get his paws wet. Easy and convenient with a quality product.
