Genuinely fantastic service, great value worth the money. Helped me potty train my puppy. The grass was always healthy and fresh and delivered on time. Highly recommend.

Amazing Service and fresh Potty Plant
We relocated from Melbourne ( house) to Sydney (apartment) in 2021 and I would like to highlight that the potty plant made my furry kid's life less stressful.
The plant was delivered on time and was always fresh.

Thank you for the amazing review Rozeena! We are so happy to hear that Potty Plant has made adapting to apartment living an easier experience for you! We use fresh grass delivered by our own couriers to ensure the quality of grass is in top condition when it arrives at your door!
When all you have is a small balcony
When all you have is a small balcony, Potty Plant is ideal to give your precious pooch a place to pee, without having to take him all the way downstairs in the middle of the night. He loves it, I love it, and we are all happy. From having to clean up paper under fake grass, which was rancid within 2 days, this has absolutely no smell. I have a small Jack Russell, and I change it every 3 weeks. I might move that to two as it is colder, and he is frail and unable to walk as much as before.

A great product for apartment living with dogs
A fantastic product which has made apartment living with two small dogs much more pleasurable. There's no rush to get out the door early for the first toilet walk of the day, and means no evening walk in the dark. Our girls have adapted to it well, and still enjoy their walks during the day.
The staff at Potty Plant were extremely helpful providing advice as to the suggested frequency for changing the grass.
It's compostable and easy to use. A great product!

Great for toilet training
Potty plant has been great for our apartment pup- particularly during the toilet training phase! It definitely does start to smell a little by the end of the week but when it's out on the balcony it isn't really an issue, and it is much better than the alternative which is fake grass or pee pads. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Potty Plant has been my saviour
Potty Plant has been my saviour. I rescued two eldery chihuahuas from a woman placed in care and neither can walk up or down steps now. Potty Plant is their own private yard and they love to lay in the sun on it up on the deck. Best thing ever and worth every cent!

Fantastic product and service
Fantastic product and service.
Very economical and efficient way of accommodating dogs in apartments or small spaces.
Whilst my dog loves his walks and loves to go tinkle the convenience of having Potty Plant is amazing. Bert ( my dog) is also an older pupper and as the nights get colder he can relieve himself without needing to brave the outdoors. Great delivery service, odor free, easy to clean, environmentally friendly and space saving ! Love this !

At first great
At first great! But then the grass being delivered was brown and dead after a few days - ended up just buying my own grass and making a soil bed for better drainage.

Hi there!
Thank you for your review of Potty Plant. We're so sorry to hear that the grass you received turned brown and died after a few days. That's definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
We appreciate you letting us know about the issue. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our products and services.
The grass is cut off from its root supply, so it can’t get nutrients once it is harvested and gradually starts to die. The great thing about the grass mat is that it is highly absorbent to pee and pee odours no matter the colour. Also, it is the grassroots that absorb the pee and not the loose soil, so it is okay if the grass is a bit lighter. This just means the loose soil has fallen off. It will still absorb pee really well!
If you are still concerned, you can always send a photo for our team to assess. It is always best to send a photo on the day of delivery so that we can best help you, whether this is organising a replacement or otherwise.
Please get back in touch if you would ever like to resubscribe!
