My rented property the washer dryer failed after 10 years
I was able to contact power point to buy a new one and had it fitted with no problem,as we live in Portugal they took the hassle out of the problem

Excellent service on a washing machine repair. Matt was not sure of the issue and thought it might be something within the drum making it not worth repairing, but he persevered and found a loose bolt, which was then tightened and problem solved. So a 2 figure repair cost rather than a3 figure new machine cost. Brilliant!!!!

We called PowerPoint out for a drainage…
We called PowerPoint out for a drainage E36 error code on our Bosch washing machine. We had checked & drained the filter manually.
Matt the technician came out and within the first few minutes he had found the fault.
A sequin that had fallen off my wife's jumper has got stuck halfway down the waste pipe.
He went through various cycles & checked that the machine was working properly and then left.
He advised that as he had found the fault straight away, I would only be charged for the call-out fee, which I thought was excellent service.
Highly recommend PowerPoint. The washing machine was a refurbished one bought from them in the first place

I always buy my white goods from Power…
I always buy my white goods from Power Point. I live locally and I like to support my local businesses. I continue to go to PowerPoint also because nothing is to much trouble from the lovely staff there.
