Very helpful people.
The staff at the Carlton Rd store were very helpful in sorting out the best disabled transport for our situation. We tried an electric mobility scooter but the user wasn't comfortable with driving it. We eventually settled on a wheelchair.

I was having problems
I was having problems, and whilst I was trying to sort it online, a young gentleman rang me from the company and guided me through the process. He even rang back for me to pay over the phone, which was so much easier they were fantastic I'm just waiting for it to arrive next week now

Kate in the mobility shop at Kings Mill come up trumps again
Kate in the mobility shop at Kings Mill Hospital is so lovely. She remembered us from when we bought the scooter over a year ago. Nothing is too much trouble for that young lady, but we already knew that from the time of the original purchase and we were delighted to see that she was still there. I hope this compliment will be relayed to her. We also dropped lucky because a company mechanic was also in the shop at the time of our visit and his advice was also helpful and useful. And the job we need doing is happening tomorrow - how’s that for service!

Very pleased with the visit
Very pleased with the visit, solved problem immediately and gave further advice on use of scooter and charging of batteries. Have now downloaded the operating manual and this has proved extremely helpful. Very happy with the efficient service from Premier Community. Very reliable and caring
