From time to time, the terrible work experience came to my mind like a nightmare. Every time I think of it, my mood is very bad.
Chaotic rota, sometimes no job/ no money, useless management teams, Couldn't help the care staffs to slove problems, Especially one of the male manager, suspect he has a tendency to b.lly new staffs and rac.ism. The staffs was beaten and scolded by the service user, but the problem was not solved at all.
If you want to be a carer in this company, then I "CONGRATULATE " you.
In fact, I want to give a star, as to why the last three stars, are there core senior manager, HR, training manager are still very good, so I don't have the heart to give a star.

The lovely lady in the store on Abbey Lane provided excellent, pleasant and efficient service. Ordered the item we needed as it wasn't in stock and then called once it had been received in store. Can't fault the service.

I had pretty much decided on the chair I wanted , the sales lady came to see if I needed assistance and invited me to try the chair , she noted that it was possibly too small for me and suggested the same but larger model , which I was grateful for , she was friendly and efficient, and this pursuaded me to buy the chair.

Swift information and quick appointment made
