Be extremely careful when ordering from this company. I ordered a simple Hob Splashback from the sizes listed on their website. After failure on multiple occasions from their contracted delivery service, we have cancelled the order. They are now stating that they will not provide a refund as they claim the standard measurement choices that we picked from are classed as bespoke, No mention of it being bespoke on the website. I am currently going through The Ombudsman with our complaint and legal advice to collect our refund.
Buy elsewhere if you want to receive your purchase. These people are completely incompetent clowns.
In response to Premier Range's comical reply to an accurate and true representation of their service, the item is not bespoke, maybe you should understand what that service means. Standard sizes are not bespoke... It would seem my review touched a nerve, maybe you have to have a lot of these conversations.
My reviews are only to help others stay away from incompetent clowns like yourselves who fail to deliver a paid for item and refuse to refund. This is classed as theft and is currently with Trading Standards.
Your reply was amusing though and clearly shows your amazing (sarcasm there for you) customer service.

That being said you seem to be unhappy with pretty much every order you make, as a quick click on your name reveals your trust pilot profile which shows you give nearly every company 1 star.
However, let us not digress.
The basis of your complaint (and 1 star review) is that you think the item was not a bespoke item, and therefore think you should be allowed to return it.
To be clear;
Premier Range sell some stock items, we also sell some bespoke items.
If you are making a purchase from our bespoke range, just before making payment a huge box pops up and says the following;

Brilliant
We ordered a shutterstock acrylic splashback for the kitchen. Item arrived in 2 days, well packaged and came with very good rated adhesive. Fitted same day and very happy with the product. Image was a perfect representation of what we ordered. Looks great with the led lights above it. Would highly recommend.
