If you are looking for an up-front and honest car transport company, I would look at other companies. We found this Premium Auto Shipping Inc. online, and it had good reviews and the price was the best we could find--$450.00 from South Dakota to Milwaukee, WI. All seemed fine until the day the car was supposed to be picked up; we were informed that they had no drivers for that day from South Dakota. This was not a problem, but when they did have drivers at the location, they called and said that they would need $600.00 in addition to the $150.00 deposit that we had already put down--a total of $750.00 rather than the original $450.00. Rather than demanding my deposit refunded and cancel the contract, I foolishly agreed and signed (via email) a new contract. The car arrived when scheduled. When I started to pay, I was informed (not very politely) that they would not accept a credit card or check—only cash.
The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and a larger-than-expected hole in my finances. If you need to transport your car, I would definitely make arrangements with a reputable company, not this one.

Fraud! Total "Bait and Switch". Do yourself a favor. Use a reputable company and pay a bit more. It will be half what Premium Auto Shippers tries to fleece you for! This company needs to be sued for consumer fraud! They sign a contract for X and then deliver it for 2X and consider it contract fulfillment. Seriously!!

I got a quote from Mr. Ryan at Premium Auto Shipping Inc on 8/13/2024 to transport from car from PH 18073 to Houston, TX 77074
On 8/14// 2024, I signed a contract with their company for $800and paid $200 deposit. A driver names Oscar is assigned to pick up the car on Monday 8/14/2024.
On 8/15/2024, the driver confirms his axle is broken and he cannot pick up the car.
On 8/15/2024, Mr. Ryan says another driver can pick up the car but the charges would be higher and it would be $1350.
On8/15/2024, I disagreed to pay higher price ($1350). I inform Mr. Ryan that I already have two quotes lower than the signed contract ($$750)
I shared the two quotes with Mr. Ryan informing that I am already paying $200more than the minimum quote received. Paying $1350
is not what I signed for.
It is 8-19- 2024 today (7 days since I signed the contract) but Mr. Ryan has not been able to identify a driver to pick up my car yet.
Inspite of my multiple requests, Mr. Williams is not returning my deposit of $200 or getting my car picked up. and i just strat pay chatge for late fees in auctiin

I brought a 2007 land Rover at a auction in Philadelphia PA! my vehicle was picked up and supposed to be delivered Monday! He said the driver is asking for more money to deliver my vehicle!! Now this guy asking for more money! These people are a scam. Now I have to figure out what's going on with my vehicle!!

On 7-24-2024, I signed a contract with their company for $775 and paid $200 deposit. A driver names Sammy is assigned to pick up the car on Monday 7-29-2024.
On 7-29-2024, the driver confirms his axle is broken and he cannot pick up the car.
On 7-29-2024, Mr. Williams says another driver can pick up the car but the charges would be higher and it would be $1350.

My vehicle was moved with the help of Dan. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!

I shipped my vehicle with the help of Marc employe of premium auto shipping, He helped me ship my car only within 2 days which I believe is really amazing and i am extremely happy with their fast delivery. Also, my vehicle was delivered completely safe and there was not too much paper work involved hence everything went smooth.

Sign up for one price then before pickup wants more money. When he left trailer tore my gate out. They asked if I had a video
No video no fixing.

My name is Samuel George. I signed a contract with Premium Auto shipping Inc on 05/22/24 to ship my 2011 Nissan Rouge from New jersey to Dallas(TX). I was dealing with Mr. Peter Wilson. He is very good in finding drivers with in our budget. Unfortunately I have to cancel the contract this time due to an unforeseeable reason . They even refunded the whole deposit back to my credit card. I strongly recommend this company for vehicle shipment needs.

We booked weeks prior and the day to be shipped they called and said they couldn't pick up would be the next day..the next day they called and said they are charging 1,300 more than the original price because of some issues with the carrier and they will charge me extra if i cancel..very unprofessional people and vulgar language..i used them about 6 months ago and had issues they told me that if i used them again that the mistake wouldn't happen again..just don't want anyone scammed like i have..finally got the money refunded..they don't deserve any stars at all!!

This was an incredibly easy, efficient, and overall excellent experience. Premium Auto Shipping was very organized, my antique car arrived very quickly, and in perfect condition. All this, and the price was outstanding! Dan was very professional and extremely nice! Dan was the absolute best! I highly recommend him, and Premium Auto Shipping Inc!

They post loads for higher prices to get drivers to call and then refuse to honor the advertised price. Either post the price you're willing to honor or honor the price you listed. Complete waste of time!

Paul was exceptional at handling my car transport from California to Oregon. There were a few hiccups along the process, but Paul made sure to provide solutions for those issues and successfully get my car delivered.

These guys put out an order for one amount of money - gave it for another, said that the customer kind of had no money, I went to the meeting and helped them because they said they had a contract.
In the end, I found out in the evening that another carrier had picked up the car from this customer and we had traveled over 200 miles for nothing and wasted our time and money
