These guys cheat and their clients and carriers, always put out orders at one price and then give you an order even lower than it was, in addition, you can come to the pickup location and the car will not be already, because this broker gives his order to several carriers at once!!!
I do not recommend working with them - if you do not want to waste your money, nerves and time.

Thought never was gonna happened to me, and I was scammed too, like many others of you, and actually they use almost the same story and adding more, this was part of it.
I found this company and start texting then talking with this guy: "Paul Smith" he gave me 2 days, (the third day) the driver was going to picked it up the car in LA and transport to San Antonio, TX. but that never occurred I will report these thieves, they have a strong accent like from middle east.
I lost my $150.00 but I will report them be careful with all these scammers.
The scam is designed to secure your business with a false price, and then present the real price when you're under time pressure. The time pressure is created by the scammer with the original lie, and then used as a tool to get you to pay the actual cost.

Don't fall for it. But if you already have, let the contract run its course. They will not be able to find a driver at the agreed price. Then report the company to the authorities, see below for details.

You can also get your deposit back by starting a dispute, even with Venmo. Be sure to do so, so they will eventually be blocked from accepting payments through each institution.

The guy that runs the company is named Nick Devis, and his website is at premiumautoshipping.com. He should be in jail, and these scam companies should be shut down. Follow the steps below to make that happen as soon as possible.

This was my first experience in transporting a vehicle and working with David Smith was a pleasant experience. He walked me through all the details, since I spoke to him after hours, and my vehicle was delivered the next morning and it was not a local move. Really impressed with the whole process and service.

I was able to work with Adam of premium auto shipping to get our vehicle shipped. We ran into one item with the first vehicle breaking down but Adam himself and the company deserve a 5 star. The price offered was fair and Adam stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. The final price was agreed upon between Adam and myself and I felt it was fair and the delivery timing was less than 5 days from the time I reached out to delivery of vehicle so that also exceeded my expectations.

I had never even considered shipping a car before, But Paul and his company walked me through the whole process. It was very clear an easy to manage and I had great faith that my car would be handled well, which it was. Highly recommended.

The car got delivered pretty quickly. The driver that was assigned to deliver my car was friendly. I personally had a pretty good experience overall.

I contacted Dan about moving a vehicle from Florida to New Jersey. He quoted me a set price and was able to meet his quote….and his quote was one of the better ones I got. There were a few that were lower but they never answered or returned calls. Dan was constantly available by text. He was helpful and courteous and most importantly….he did what he said he was going to do. No gimmicks or switches. I appreciate that. The car arrived when they said it would and un damaged ….all in all a positive experience.

Car arrived with a scratch on it. Was suppose to be picked up on a Wednesday evening, then rescheduled for Thursday morning, and was picked up late that night. Although pick up was late, the car arrived on the estimated date. Original estimate was $800, ended up being charged $1300, plus $200 for extra weight in car. Customer service was helpful and nice, driver was not helpful. Overall, got my car where it needed to go…

Paul has been amazing! He made the car transport process so much easier for me. He was always checking up on the carrier's progress, and was there to answer all my questions too.
