Premium Auto Shipping Inc Reviews

I had a great experience with Dan at Premium. I had a car transported from CA to Ok. The price was decent, customer service was very informative and answered all my questions. They connected me with a great transporter that was in communication with me directly, he was on time for pick up and delivery. I will definitely use this service again and recommend to anyone needing an auto transporter.

Great experience with Premium Auto Shipping Inc . I've used Dan twice now buying new project cars to completely overwhelm myself with. Super fast pickup and delivery. No problems, cars well taken care of. Great option I've found to pickup that vehicle you just want so bad but little to far to drive yourself. 2 thumbs up.

I FIRST CONTACTED PAUL AROUND NOON ON OCTOBER 16 AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY MISREPRESENTED THEMSELVES AND TRIED TO PULL A BAIT AND SWITCH ON ME. WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS MY TRUCK IN LOS ANGELES WAS ON THE BACK OF A TRUCK. ONE WEEK LATER, 9:45AM ON OCTOBER 23, THAT SAME TRUCK IS NOW IN MY DRIVEWAY IN MYRTLE BEACH, SC. UNBELIEVABLY EFFICIENT AND SMOOTH OPERATION, THE QUOTE I WAS GIVEN ON DAY 1 WAS THE COST IN THE END. HONEST COMMUNICATION FROM START TO FINISH. I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

Very patient very nice Shaun was very helpful

Very good communication. Roger helped me a lot and was very understanding. I hope that in the future we will work togheter again.

Roger with Premium Auto Shipping recently helped me out with a vehicle transport from Pennsylvania to Nevada. He was very professional and very helpful in every situation. First I was wondering to ship my vehicle with any company but when I reached Roger he guide me in every situation and keep me updated about my vehicle as well. I highly recommended everyone to go to Roger from Premium Auto Shipping. I had a Great Experience

I recently used Premium Auto to relocation my car and I couldn't be more happier with their service. Specially, Paul was professional, punctual, and efficient. He made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy car shipping service. Paul gets 5 stars.

Tranported my car from CO to GA. Worked with Roger, he was great and professional

Very good Services. Shipping really fast

Thank you for your business, we look forward to working with you again in the near future! thank you so much Mark 5* and God Bless

Dan was fantastic. He found a driver quickly and negotiated a MUCH better price for me! Delivery driver was quick, friendly and the car arrived looking fantastic.

Dan with Premium Auto Shipping surpassed my expectations. I needed to ship an SUV from Arizona to Tennessee and he provided a great deal for me way better than other companies.
I will for sure connect with Dan in the future!
100% Recommended!

Thanks to Premium auto shipping for the service given and the delivery on time, complete and fast service. I was taken care of by Roger who looked for the best offer at all times. I recommend this equipment to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle from any distance

Working with Marc was pretty easy, definitely recommended.

I needed to move my car, once I got in contact with Dan the process was easy. He gave me a quote and the final price was very close to it. The driver was extremely nice and willing to work with me when I didn't have anyone to receive my car. It only took two days and my car was in the same state as when it got picked up. I would definitely use them again!

The representative from Premium Auto Shipping gave me a quote of $300 inclusive of all costs, insurance, taxes and any other charges. I confirmed via text with my representative that this is an all in cost and fixed. The morning of vehicle pickup I get a text saying that they will pickup my vehicle but the cost is now $550 - $250 more than what I agreed to. I told them that he had confirmed the fixed price of $300 but he said that no one would deliver the car for $200 paid at delivery. Premium takes $100 fee at signing of the contract. The representative told me the contract i signed was just as estimate and that the price is subject to change. His text to me of a fixed price of $300 did not matter. If i wanted to cancel the delivery they would refund me $100 deposit but charge me a $200 cancellation fee. They are a total scam and unreliable. They get you to use their services by offering a low price and then the day of pickup almost double it. I was hostage to them and had to pay an additional $200 (negotiated down to $500) than i had planned to pay. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS JUST TO GET YOUR BUSINESS AND THEN CHANGE THE PRICING AT THE LAST MINUTE.

great experience , looking forward to work with them in the future !

Our Jeep was picked up on time and delivered on time Sam helped us keep in touch with the driver throughout the trip (1300 miles) no issues at all. As to other negative reviews about pricing you are dealing with a broker not a direct shipper. They shop your delivery to other transport companies and give you the best price they can. We were quoted $650.00 we ended up paying $950.00 which was still cheaper than most of the other quotes we got so we were fine with that. What’s most Important Sam at Premium Auto Ship answered his phone and responded to our texts quickly throughout the trip and our Jeep had no damage. This business seems to have many shady companies Premium is not one of them. We had a good experience and would use them again.

I usually ship my car out a lot. The dispatch Dan is someone who communicates and makes sure everything is going correctly with the driver. 5 stars for Dan.
