Premium Auto Shipping Inc Reviews

Jacob was very polite and informative
He stayed in contact through the entire process

I will recommend Premium Auto Shipping to all my friends from now on. Roger was really professional, always in touch with us, and found the best option in an incredible pace. Thank you guys, and count on our call whenever we'll need anything to transport again!

I needed to get a car across country aby a certain date and had no experience with auto transport. Luckily, I went with Premium Auto Shipping Inc was highly rated and decided to give them a try. I found there was good reason for the excellent rating - the experience was GREAT! Every step, from my first communication with Dan, to the delivery of the car was handled professionally and stress-free, my vehicle made it all the way across the country - on time and on budget - without a single problem.

Roger was great. He helped me find a driver from California to Georgia the same day and negotiated a lower price for me. I got my car delivered in 5 days! Everything was easy and fast I highly recommend!

Very much appreciated the quick response, the reasonable prices, and most of all the communication through the entire process. This includes the driver assigned. I'll make sure use them again!

Shipping your vehicle is a very stressful event, and when you need peace of mind, you have to select Premium Auto Shipping Inc. They were honest and upfront from beginning to end. The agents they select are very professional and careful with your vehicle. Shipped two vehicles and both arrived on time and in perfect condition. Will definitely trust them again and again.

Great customer service. Had a very last min request to ship 2 cars 1309 miles. Our previous contact was a no show 2 days in a row.

Premium Auto Shipping Inc is the best transportation company ever. Dan was a literal angel the entire process. He explained the entire process from start to finish to me in a way that was easy to understand. Every day I woke up to either a call/text/email from Dan giving me updates and letting me know what offers we had on the table.I felt comfortable the entire time. He followed up with us before, during, and even after the cars were delivered. I would absolutely recommend them 1000 times over!

Driver was on time, try polite, and careful not to damage my vehicle or my sister-in-law driveway. Arrived at destination without any problems and delivered with same professionalism. I was very suspicious at first but this company and the one they hired were awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Good communication throughout. Chose an excellent driver to complete my move from the dealership to home. Highly recommended.

This was such a great experience so far. Paul has been so amazing from the very beginning of this process there has been a lot of back-and-forth and changes and Paul has been very accommodating and pain throughout the process. He has kept me informed with everything along the way I have text him many times and he responds quickly and efficiently. Paul is also very kind with his words and helpful. My car should be delivered today around three and I couldn’t be more excited. Thank you Paul for making this experience so wonderful.

Was very smooth transaction ,dispatch Paul vas very polite and very informative always was updating it me…..GREAT JOB A+++

I recently transported my Honda DRV from Houston to Boston. Since I don't have any reference in this field I googled and inquired about it. There are a lot of companies which started to contact me through email or messages. All the companies talk bad about other companies ( which is obvious ). I finally got in touch with Mr Rojer ( Premium Auto shipping ) and gave him the contract of sending my car. He is an awesome person. He responded to all my queries and doubts. And in case if he is busy he did call me back ASAP. Right from pick up & drop off of my car was on time. Also the driver was trust worthy. My car reached safe and intact. No hidden charges or extra charges

I had shipped my BMW with Premiumautoshipping. It was a great deal, Sam assisted me very politely and I got my car shipped within 4 days, The driver was also good it cost $1100. I would definitely ship my next car with Sam as well. Thank you, Sam and Premium auto shipping.

I had a great experience with Premium Auto Shipping for the shipment of my 2020 Volkswagen. It needed to be shipped from New York to Ohio. Adam helped me in my shipment and he was transparent with me from the beginning and explained me everything. The car delivered safely and picked up on schedule. I advise others to use this company.

Check out reviews on other platforms, I’ve been through the exact same thing with them. They give you one price, try to rush you to sign contract without reading, then the day before tell you their driver canceled. THERE NEVER WAS A DRIVER! They then tell you they found someone but they are charging what was a little MORE than DOUBLE the cost, because at this point they think you’re desperate and make it seem like they’re doing you a favor! They then try to hold on to your deposit if you go elsewhere. Unluckily for them I read over the contract and asked them to clarify the terms that says something about prices may increase at the time of appointing a driver. I had in writing and recording that it WAS the time of appointing the driver and prices will not increase. They initially tried to hold on to my deposit saying they know their contract very well 😂 that was until I screen shot that I asked them to clarify that part & they reiterate that prices will not increase. I also informed them I had a voice recording of said conversation as they called to clarify as well. They still tried to keep my deposit until I threaten a class action suit, threatened to report them to BBB, threatened to report their license, threatened to hit them with the bill of having to rent a car for the week due to their dishonest practices plus losing wages from missing work due to having plans of having my car. If it weren’t for all of this they would’ve held on to my deposit. These people are disgusting slimes.

Added: they are now going around asking websites to remove my reviews! There’s no telling how many were removed due to people not checking their emails to send in proof or how many just can’t be bothered to send in additional information to the websites. I have ALL my receipts.

Very efficient..communication was awesome ..will definitely go through them again
