My brother and I went to PreScan recently to have bloods and multiple MRI/CT scans and had a very positive experience. All tests were carried out within 3 hours. Lisette and Margaret were very good on the communications side beforehand and afterwards. Facilities were excellent. Results and analysis came back quickly (within a few days). There was an issue with a Covid Antibodies test getting lost by the lab but this was rectified very quickly with the choice of a refund for this part or a new test (I took the later option). Dr Khan there is a very friendly talkative gent which helped when having our bloods taken. He also called to discuss the results in detail when we had them back. If you would like a convenient, fuss free health check at a reasonable price I would recommend PreScan

I just wanted to say ‘Thank you’ to Prescan for offering an amazing life changing service.
I added the CT heart scan to my full body MRI scan and I’m so, so glad I did! The heart scan came back and showed that I had a serious heart problem that left undiagnosed would almost of certainly of caused me to have an early demise. Yes, it frightened me to find out about this potentially hereditary condition but at least now I’m in the goods hands of a cardiologist and my treatment has begun.
I can’t recommend you highly enough and for the small cost of a heart scan has made me more passionate about living and making new dietary and well being decisions,

I can honestly say as a person that has used Pre Scan for the second time that this time round was very very poor. I have heart disease in the family at a young age, therefore take this seriously but I was made to feel like just another £4K ching ching walking through the door. What has made me even more disappointed is 3 months AFTER the examinations I still haven't received my results in the post and have chased and chased. Honestly there are better places for a medical at these prices. Something has changed massively and I wouldn't spend my money with Pre Scan

The tests and doctors as such were no problem, but the genes test is a farce.
Questionnaire wouldn’t work, and when it did some of the questions were so obscure you’d frankly have to guess. Several weeks later and I still don’t have the results !

While the doctors we saw were very helpful, we were both kept waiting some time for our appointments. Neither of us were seen for any of the procedures booked until at least an hour after we arrived. We had also not been told that my mammogram would be done in a clinic a half hour's taxi ride away. This wasn't too inconvenient for us as we had travelled by train for the appointment and could just continue on home. If we had come by car however, we would have had an extra hour's round trip to the clinic and back again to collect our vehicle. It was all rather confusing and poorly organised.

Although the medical consultations and processes were very good, my husband and I were not impressed with the private care facilities, waiting in corridors, and a supermarket type fridge sandwich produced for lunch. ( eventually, when asked for at 2pm) We had travelled from 7am in the morning to be at the hospital and were so hungry by this time.
I do not think we will come again, ( our second time) really too expensive, and we think there are cheaper options to get the results required.

The whole experience was both reassuring and very well delivered and was delighted with the service through out the day and the follow up consultation reviewing my results and of course the recommendations. Thank you to all at Prescan.

Medically I believe they do a great job and the staff were very helpful. The only reason not 5 * is the on the day organisation. I was expecting a unified approach where there would be the Prescan Suite where everything happened or returned to after an activity.

The experience was very much going from one waiting area to another amongst all the other activities of the hospital.

I had a great experience from the the first email i sent to them, to consequent phone calls to my actual visit.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and nice.

Fast efficient and professional service, all one could ask for. Would have had five stars except for my difficulty finding a place to park within walking distance.

Various checks well done. Staff very friendly and professional. Follow-on a little basic and contaminated tests referred to NHS follow-on rather than repeat within Prescan. Improvements needed to whole-body guidance based on results that is more than that available in the national media. Little basic.

Very efficient and friendly. Well documented results. I would have liked greater availability to fit in with a busy diary but the doctor who gives feedback only available two mornings a week which for me resulted in telephone call to discuss results. But overall the experience was excellent and I would highly recommend.
