From entering the premises to leaving, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, the technicians made clear exactly what was going to happen and the Consultants (both in house and on the telephone) were very professional. It went so smoothly I think I went to sleep in the scanner!

1st Class personal service - well recommended.

I'm a repeat customer, we have done 4 PreScan sessions with my partner. Medical staff were all professional, all feedback issues are from an admin point of view.
-Initially there was confusion with people not knowing what was going on with appointment.
-I had calls from 3 separate people.
-Failed to send out first email, after initial enquiry, had to follow up.
-I was asked if wished to go ahead when I advised I already had.
-Had to call back again.
-I was called, Dear middle name, Dear last name and Dear first name in written correspondence.Despite them knowing my correct name.
-Lengthy forms to fill out and print & scan, when I found out on arrival you have DocuSign on your iPads so all of that could have been avoided and more efficient. Found out they could have offered that.
-Then had to complete some similar forms again on appt day. Still had more forms to sign again.
-Cd issue with final scan reports. I do not have a CD reader. I requested 2 times in advance to be sent electronically, no response, on day of review asked again, still no answer. I no longer have a CD reviewer for several years, or a VHS, Fax, or cassette tape. So I am unable to review my reports. I requested they are sent via free service such as wetransfer.com but no response. I have owned a business and for years have sent large files via a download service and not expected or assumed clients have a CD. Not everyone does anymore.
Would I recommend or use PreScan -not sure. Unless reassurances to the above, it's all quite basic stuff really.
I need to point out that all medical staff were professional and reassuring at all times, its just the admin side which is why I put 3 stars instead of 5. Please take this as polite and constructive feedback, and PreScan, please look after your clients more professionally and with a smile. Thank you

We had full scans as a family, which were very thorough, these showed up a couple of serious health problems which was a good thing as one of us has had to have ongoing treatment, the only thing that was a negative was they missed one issue that we knew one of our family had and they didn't spot it.
But overall we all feel it was a good procedure to have carried out.

From the initial telephone conversation through the examination day and the follow up consultation with the results, I felt very comfortable and confident with the Prescan experience. The medical staff I saw were friendly while being extremely professional to make the patient relax. A good experience which gave me a comprehensive knowledge of the condition of my body. Fabulous in almost all aspects & would definitely recommend. Results follow up was a little disjointed but all sorted quickly.
