I would strongly advise caution when…
I would strongly advise caution when dealing with Prestige Windows & Doors Contractors Ltd.
I paid a £4,000 deposit in January based on an agreed total price of £10,000 for windows, doors and a porch, with an expected installation timeframe of around six weeks.
Since then, the experience has been extremely disappointing:
The contract issued did not reflect what was agreed, and I raised concerns at the time
I was pressured to approve documentation that I did not believe was accurate
Communication has been very poor, and I have had to repeatedly chase for updates
I was informed at one stage that my order had already started, despite ongoing changes and no final agreed contract
After months of delays, revised quotes were provided which removed part of the original scope (the porch) and increased the overall price without clear explanation
When I raised these issues and requested a refund, this was declined, with the company relying on contract terms despite the above concerns.
More recently, I have received voicemail messages from a director of the company in response to this review which I consider inappropriate and unprofessional. I have now requested that all communication be conducted in writing.
Overall, this has been a very stressful and time-consuming experience, with funds tied up for months and no progress made.
I would strongly recommend ensuring that all details are clearly documented and agreed in writing before making any payment.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience fell short of what you expected, and we take comments like this seriously.
We completed the agreed works to a high standard and remain committed to resolving any outstanding concerns properly. We understand there was disagreement around the contract wording, scope (including the porch), pricing updates, and timescales. Our records show we tried to keep you updated and to finalise documentation before proceeding; if that didn’t come across clearly, we apologise for the frustration that caused.
Regarding the deposit and refund request: we have to follow the terms that were in place at the time. We’re happy to go through those points with you again in writing so everything is clear and on record, as you’ve requested.
We’re also sorry if any recent phone contact felt unprofessional. We’ve noted your preference for written communication only and will respect that going forward.
If you’d like to continue this discussion, please email us with the specific points you’d like addressed and we’ll respond in writing promptly. Our aim is always to deliver quality workmanship and a fair outcome for our customers.
Warm regards,
The Prestige Team
Absolute Lifesavers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I cannot recommend Prestige Windows & Doors enough! I was in a real bind as I was travelling and had a very tight window to get the work completed. Initially, they quoted a lead time of 3-4 weeks, which was standard and fair. However, on special request and after explaining my situation, they pulled out all the stops and managed to complete the entire installation within just one week.
The quality of the work is superb, flawless fitting and great attention to detail. A massive shoutout to Khal, who was absolutely a diamond. He kept me updated throughout the process, went above and beyond to accommodate my travel schedule, and delivered stress-free, high-quality results.
If you need new windows or doors and want a team that actually cares and delivers on their promises, go with Prestige. Highly recommended!

Brilliant Company
I have a rental house which the windows got to a point they were beyond repair, I saw this company on Facebook and on the internet and they looked like a good product. I arranged a visit signed on the dotted line and within three weeks they were fitted.
My house has rendered walls with a breathing membrane coating I had sprayed on a few years ago so I was very nervous about this covering coming away but apart from one window which was being difficult on the top edge the fitters were brilliant in achieving a great job on time. They worked very hard and we're very professional and walked around with me to make sure I was happy. I will be on using them again

Highly recommended, no pressure, good lead time, very tidy installation of high quality products.
Recently had 6 Windows and 1 front door installed. As a single female I had no pushy sales tactics or pressure to rush my decision. The consultation was very friendly & informative and the choice on offer very wide. Lead time was approx. 2 weeks from final measure. Installation was 2 days by a very competent installer who was very polite and extremely tidy and did not mind my dogs attention. I would highly recommend Prestige for attention to detail, approachable customer service and really high quality installation & products.

Excellent jobs
Khal, Marcello, and the entire team were brilliant, professional, approachable, and genuinely friendly throughout. When fitting the windows and doors, they took great care to protect all surfaces and furniture, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The new windows look fantastic, well-finished, and they’ve completely refreshed the look of the house.

Khal and his men and the surveyor were all extremely helpful, friendly, understanding. They worked very hard, efficiently. They thoroughly cleared all the waste and left the house clean and tidy. Khal was very accommodating in negotiations and offered a very affordable deal. However, the quality and workmanship was not compromised. All in all a very satisfying experience. I would thoroughly recommend Prestige windows and doors contractors without any hesitation. I wish them good in their business endeavours.

Perfection from start to finish!
From start to finish, this experience was great. Khal came to quote and spent time with us going through options and choices. We have had 8 windows and 2doors, (our whole house) it looks amazing, really great quality, the guys were great and worked so hard. They even cleaned the windows and vacuumed, everything was spotless when they went. Highly recommend! ❤️
